high quality bed and good delivery service

Ordered this beautiful bed with a custom size headboard, it came very quickly and the quality is fab. The poor delivery driver was held up but still came late into the evening in order not to disappoint me. It was very easy to install too. The communication was also great. Thank you

Great bed and mattress!
I've been to many bed shops to look for a good quality and best value of money for a bed set, even online I had few inquiries and it's good I found bedsnk, read the reviews and placed my order on same day. Honestly, I am sceptical at first as many times i've been scammed ordering online. But, I'm wrong. The bed set is great! My order was delivered yesterday assembled by my son-in-law and we are all pleased! No regret at all. Thank you for my order. Staff's communication is very good, delivery fast, good value of money with good quality product. Got a good night sleep!
Highly recommended.

BedsNk are truly the best, we’ve ordered three beds from them and every experience has been amazing. The customer service team communicate so well and genuinely care about making things easier for you. Even after placing our order, they contacted us with a helpful suggestion regarding our headboard. It was originally ordered as one whole piece, but they recommended splitting it into two pieces so it would fit through the property entrance more easily. Many companies would simply leave it and let the customer deal with the inconvenience later, but BedsNk went the extra mile to prevent any issues.

The delivery team were also lovely and very helpful, so you really do get support from every step of the process. Even after delivery, they checked in to ask about the service, which was such a thoughtful touch.

They’re also very reasonably priced, and we’re absolutely in love with the quality of the beds. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family and will definitely continue to do so.

As i had previously had a bad experience in the past with another bed company i carried out some research on alot of bed companies before making my purchase.
Bedsnk have amazng reviews which is why i went with them
Im glad to say that my experience was also 5 star. Excellent customer service from before actually purchasing the bed to even ensuring all was ok after delivery.
Assembly was easy, however i did just need a little bit of help, which they were happy to assist on Whatsapp.
The bed was well packaged & looks even nicer in my bedroom than on line.
So glad i chose Bedsnk. You have restored my faith in bed companies again

We had a fantastic experience and customer care with the recent purchase of our Superking size ottoman storage bed.
From questions before ordering, excellent delivery and a beautiful bed at the end. I would highly recommend. Thank you

Absolutely highly recommend from start to finish the help and guidance about the product to the delivery all brilliant ! I was unsure as all on line but I was assured by the staff and nothing was too much of a problem, brilliant price ! Great quality and fantastic customer service ! Highly recommend and will definitely use again !

Great service from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were professional and efficient, and set up my new king-size bed perfectly. They were polite, took care in my home, and left everything clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend their service.

Brilliant company from start to finish
Text to give delivery date and time slot, arrived on time delivered by a lovely friendly guy. Over the moon with bed it looks gorgeous in my room really well made and sturdy and easy to assemble. Would not hesitate in recommending you guys thank you

Great customer service, fast delivery and a lovely product.
I ordered swatches to check the colour would go with my decor. Once I had ordered, I received a phone call to check on the colour and to check that the headboard would fit up my stairs. They then kept in contact via WhatsApp to inform us of delivery. The delivery was less than a week after I ordered.
The bed was easy to put together with clear instructions.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely beautiful bed and so far everything seems sturdy and good quality, hope it stays that way. I purchased the Montreal gas lift storage bed, in the cream plush velvet.
Give 4 stars because the instructions definitely needs reconsidering, worse instructions I’ve ever seen, took 4 of us over 3 hours to put together, we had everything together the wrong way, really does need more clearer instructions. Opted for the 1500 pocket mattress, even though it is medium/firm I find it’s a little too hard.
Having said that I couldn’t fault the customer service, best I’ve ever experienced. Replied to all messages straight away and even video called me to help assemble the bed, which afterwards when we knew how, it was together in no time. I’d definitely buy from here again.

Great service. Bed looks excellent. Prompt response with any questions.

Bed delivered on time easy to instal and the delivery guy help me get it up the stairs. The bed is lovely thanks so much
