Can’t fault them, I’m not that great on the phone and everything was so very clearly put via what’s app until the necessary calls where required, and due to the friendliness of Anna she made the calls very pleasant. Can’t thank them enough for helping me through a difficult financial situation.

Really helpful and highly recommend this company. They talked me through it step by step and helped me choose the right option for me. Any questions I had where answered and with out all the fancy words so I could understand easily. Every step of the way was explained to me clearly.

I was stupid with my spending…
I was stupid anyway with my spending habits- but could afford the payments! Then covid hit, and I was struggling! The IVA was something that I thought long and hard about, but for me it was the right decision. The team at Become Debt Free were helpful and informative, always replying quickly to any queries or concerns. Also, the fact that you can WhatsApp them to get a query through rather than spending ages on hold or in a queue on a telephone call was a plus point.
I got my IVA approved today, after making initial contact around Christmas time- and I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulder!
So thank you all at Become Debt Free.
