These capsules have truly helped me more than I could have imagined. I know they are stabilizing my hormones because I feel less anxious, my mood is better, and I have so much more energy than before I started taking them. I will forever use these now. I also love how they run things business wise, very straightforward and professional and shipping is pretty quick.

This is the one!
I have tried many products for my menopause symptoms. After 3 months of continued use.. i have an amazing amount of reduced hot flashes.. not as moody.. the energy is coming back! Im hoping my menobelly will start to reduce as well. Love this product!

You don't know until you know.
I'm resubscribing - I had used GG for 3 months and felt like it didn't do anything for me. I've been off it for about a month and realized how much it helped with my menopause symptoms. The aches and pains came back about 2 weeks after my last dose. The hot flashes/night sweats about 4 days, brain fog after a week or so. For those 2.5 months I felt better, slept better, mood was better, and cognitively I felt like I could take on new things. Like my bandwidth opened up again.

Don't do it. You're about to get damaged items with no real help offered.
Well, it started out fine. But I've gotten packages with broken capsules almost every time I ordered. That would be because they add zero protection to their shipping. This month it happened again. And I had it. So I sent a picture, showing the crushed capsules and the gross powder that now covered ALL the pills in the pack. I expected a new package. I got told they'd refund me for FOUR BROKEN CAPSULES. Never mind that the rest were now gross and unusable. I canceled my subscription and I'll be getting my supplements from anyone except these people. I've literally never seen customer service so crappy. Unbelievable.
