I ordered a dress to be back in 2days delivery they texted me back the next day to say there was a delay in the dress so I asked for a refund and there ignoring me this is the first time I have shopped online and the worst tbh I think it’s awful the way your treated when you ask for your own money back

Scammers need to be shut down just lost £50 item never came report to action fraud if this happens to you

I ordered two items from this store and I didn’t get any email confirmation what so ever and five days later I tried to contact them and eventually I used the opt of first orders and asked what was happening with my order, only for her to say I think they tried to text you, (me) #raisedeyebrows text me where and what for? She said for some verification, how can you text for verification and no reply, why not email me? You want to do checks, you still debited my account before your checks are completed? She said she would look into it and call me back. I’m still waiting for that call back. Never again would I order from beckysboutique.

Absolutely shocking company. Order was placed on express delivery, arrived two weeks later. Attempted to send the dresses back, a month later still no refund, contacted customer service couldn't for the life of me get a response, had to trace the parcel via Royal Mail who assured me it was delivered (I actually contacted the local depot who traced the delivery driver for me and I spoke to him personally). Royal Mail know of this company due to the number of enquiries about 'undelivered' parcels they receive. I logged a case with trading standards. Took 3 months to get my money back and I only managed to get a refund through sheer perseverance (I had to recruit the help of the lady in the cafe next door who was lovely by the way!). Please take note of the google reviews and the reviews on here, never do business with these people!

Have had nothing but bother with the LIES that this boutique has made up. I bought a dress that was completely not what I ordered and was cheap looking, poorly stitched and non wearable to be totally honest. Everything about the dress was not what I ordered and did not mirror the image they were selling online.. They are now making up lies and passing me pillar to post in order to retain the money that I am entitled to receive back. Complete fabrication and they are refusing to give any money back which is shocking. They are absolutely scamming people for money and the customer service is shocking. I would not recommend this company at all and they have been nothing but a nightmare from the start. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Honest review and I really will never use them or recommend them again. I would say stay away from this boutique as they are completely non professional and really just dont care once they have your money. I have now managed to get a refund after bringing Trading Standards into this. But I would never use them again. Worst company I have ever ordered from in my life. There is also nowhere to leave a review on facebook about them but i really want people to not make mistake and order from them as they really dont care once they have your money, only reason i got it back i believe is because of trading standards

Paid £12.99 to return all the poor quality items. Still no refund received!!! Company has been reported.

Placed order May 24. Waited a week, order never appeared on my account.
Tried emailing Canadian email, calling, no answer.
Order appeared on my account once I emailed US email
Tried contacting them many times, never got any answer.
End of July, after 2 months of my order status being "Processing", I opened a dispute with Paypal. Funny, they responded to them the same day and refunded me.
Buy somewhere else if you want good service

Rubbish company

I ordered a dress from them on the Thursday paid for express delivery £6.10 or something the dress came on the Saturday it was the wrong one ...

So . I contact them on Facebook to be told to send it back at my expense and they'll send the correct dress out. Now , first of all this was their mistake so I don't see why I should have to foot the bill and send it back at my expense and secondly I doubt very much I would have gotten a replacement because I have now read all the bad reviews about them and a lot of people are saying that once they receive the item they claim that it's been worn, or it's had th stays cut off etc so I'm now stuck with a dress I don't want because I'm not paying anymore money to return in to be told it's been used and have it sent back.

I won't be ordering again and I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews ... if anyone is thinking of ordering please don't .. also the dress itself is not good quality it's cheaply made

Ordered a dress and paid next day delivery when it came it was thin and see through and not worth the money sent it back first class signed for and it was received on the 13th of Feb got no email confirmation so rang up to be told there was a credit note there no one had advised me of this and I did not want a credit note which i had stated in parcel and thought this was very presumptuous the girl said she would credit money back on my card and it would take 3 to 5 working days it still hadn't went on so rang back to be told can take up to 28 days even though the website says 14 days but can take 28 days (says nothing about working days )if delay in the post which there wasn't as it was signed for on 13th which I stated. there was no apology given I waited the 28 days and rang back to be told 28 working days to which I informed them what it said on the website i even had this printed out and read it word for word but the girl just kept repeating 28 working days like a trained parrot I said I wanted to claim back my 15 pound postage as was totally unsatisfied to be told to email them so I did to be sent a automated message back saying ring them in the meantime my refund went.in.after 30 days I spoke to my bank who said after they process refund it should take 3 to 5 working days no longer and agreed this was a unnaceptable time to wait so this 28 day rule is a load of rubbish I then rang back as the email advised to claim back postage I spoke to the talking parrot once again who said my refund was processed within 28 working days blah blah blah and they would not be refunding my postage the customer service is shocking there is no excuse for having to wait this long for a refund and they don't care that it's all lies on their website I am going to contact trading standards and get this company looked at as the other reviews of this company mirror my experience shocking customer service and no apologies they are just not bothered this needs looked in to !! P.s would of gave 0 stars if I could of but wouldn't let me

I had ordered a dress for my daughter's 11th grade prom. The dress was amazing, perfect fit, and it was delivered on time. I will be ordering from Becky dress again. I highly recommend any and everyone to use them. My daughter got over 1200 likes on facebook.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a dress for my daughter it arrived the beading detail was not even close to what was pictured in the photo online it did not fit, even though I followed the measurement instructions to a tee and was much too long. I documented everything and I sent photographs trying to return the dress to get a refund and they are refusing. Their suggestion was to go find a tailor and use a steamer. They also suggested I might just get another dress that I might like better and they would give it to me at 50% off ( and of course keep the $200 I paid for this terrible dress. Are you kidding me? After the horrible experience why would I ever want another product from them. They gave every excuse under the sun they put it on a maninequin , all body types are not the same: in my world a size 4 is a size 4. It should've at least fit properly to say nothing of the fact the dress didn't match the detail in the photos online. I have since found dozens of scathing reviews on this company I wish I'd seen before I ordered. Please do not use them.... RUN

I had ordered a dress from them and the dress is so beautiful! I will definitely be ordering more dresses from them in the future and highly recommend using them! My dress is gorgeous and I can't wait to wear it!

The dress is not the same as shows in the pictures! it is very cheap quality and doesn't fit!

I had my prom dress custom made for my measurements and I could not be happier with the way it turned out. My dress fits perfectly and it is absolutely gorgeous! i highly recommend this company to any one looking for a special occasion dress.

Hesitant to purchase a dress that was hand-made, my daughter insisted that we do so anyway. She really liked the one she saw. How pleased we were to receive exactly the same dress as was in the picture. Unlike other experiences for other girls who ordered a dress all for it NOT to be anything like the picture, Becky Dress did not disappoint.

I was very hesitant to order a dress online since my daughter's measurements make finding a good fit difficult. I finally gave in to my daughter's pleas for this dress. We sent them her measurements and crossed our fingers. The dress arrives the day it was promised, and to my surprise and relief, it fits absolutely perfectly!!! I now plan to order her Senior prom dress from beckydress.com next year as well. I am extremely pleased with both the dress and the service. I couldn't be happier!!!

I want to know where my daughters prom dress is!! I ordered it on March 19th paid extra for fast shipping for it to arrive on April 1st! My order number is 1253113118. My daughter prom Is Friday April 10th and I need her dress here now! If you could not confirm that you couldn't get her dress here then I should have been notified before now! This is riculous!! I have a daughter who is going to miss her prom!! She earned the money to pay for her dress and now we have none!! Now what am I going to do!!!
