As with the previous review I thought I was buying a ticket for a train. Their pop up overlayed the genuine retailer. Within seconds they had attempted to take £1 from my account, then attempted to take further funds. At no point have they confirmed a subscription, sent account details or been contactable. Their phone number is false and emails bounce back. DO NOT SIGN UP

This is a scam. I thought I was installing a parking app and they had me authorise £1 and then took £39.99 from my account for a subscription a few days later. I reported it to my bank who could not refund me but have now noted the company as fraudulent going forward.
I called the American number and spoke with a gentleman who at first wanted to refund me 50% until I told him I had reported him to my bank. He immediately offered me the full refund.

A very sneaky company. Similar to other reports left on Trustpilot, I thought I was entering details and signing up to a completely different App when the Bebooks.space advertisement suddenly pops up and overlays itself on your screen thus stealing your data. I have raised a Charge back with my bank and stopped any further payments being collected. Be very AWARE!

Bebook is a scam. If you've made any payment please report it to your bank and request that they block future payments. As others have reported, the website looks credible and tells you how to cancel. None of these methods work.

This is a complete scam, I went onto Magic Moments to look at my photos from a lovely day at the Shard and their advert makes you think that you need to subscribe. Tried to cancel but you can't on the website, not replying to my emails, and contacted my credit card company to block payments. They have already taken £1 from my card and will take £39.99 per month if not cancelled within 5 days

IT IS A SCAM!! Advert popped up on my trainline app. I thought I was verifying my tickets to download but you are signing up for an entertainment subscription from a dodgy company. Beware as it cannot be cancelled. I have contacted my bank.

How do I give zero stars? Like the previous two reviewers I unwittingly gave this company my details, whilst trying to reinstall a car parking app. I thought it was the car parking app asking me to verify my details. Turns out it was this company. An ad popped up at some stage which I thought I had closed. Luckily my bank declined a much larger payment of £59.99 that they tried to take later on that day. I have not contacted BeBooks as advised by my bank and just accepted the £2 I paid as lost. New credit card on order. Interestingly I had a scam text later on in the day which I have never had before. Was that coincidence or am I marked as a soft touch?

It's a scam! Appeared on Trainline.com app so I thought I was paying them for train tickets but ended up subscribing to bebooks.space, impossible to unsubscribe. Informed my bank and changed my details immediately

Don't trust BeBooks. They set up a subscription without me knowing or getting my approval. I have treated it as potential fraud and reported it to my bank and Action Fraud, because no reputable company would do that!

Trapped into sign-up by misleading advert on QR code.
Impossible to cancel via given email address (unreachable). Cancel via website does not work.
After £39.99 taken from my bank account I did manage to cancel by telephoning U.S. telephone number given.
