Ordered dress, stunning. Very quick service

Beautiful dress, packaged carefully, very quick delivery.

I ordered a dress in the sale knowing that it would be nonrefundable or exchanged. Unfortunately the zip would not do up to the top of the dress. When on my husband could not get the zip to do up therefore I obviously could not wear it.
I returned it explaining this but have been told a refund is not possible as it was in sale. I'm really not happy as I still paid £115 and cannot afford to buy another dress without a refund. I also have not received the dress back which I still own!
Even a sale item if it is in effect faulty should be refunded

Did not clearly state that the items I was buying were not for exchanges or returns, so I am now left with two evening dresses that don’t fit. Annoying thing is theyre stocking their sale dresses on ASOS and it’s fine to return to them!!!! Awful experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go to a store where they offer their customers choices when they’re not happy with their items!!!

Visited Beauut to buy some evening dresses. They were closed for a shoot but allowed me in and rolled out the red carpet. The service was incredible the staff was amazing and their dresses are fantastic. Thank you to the staff. You made my day.

The exchange and return policy is a total scam. They claim that you cannot do any exchange or returns if they are during a discount period, and guess what? They are ALWAYS in a discount period. What’s exactly on discount on the website? Nothing. But they have a floating text ribbon on the webpage saying that they have 50% on selected items. This feels like a workaround to get their customers to never exchange or return anything.
I had ordered two dresses because I was torn between them so I thought I’d try them on and potentially keep one and return the other. Now I’m left with the other one and cannot return (their response after I emailed customer support inquiring about how to initiate the return process).

I wanted to exchange an expensive dress for an event because it was too small but no exchange or refund during sales which is terrible
