Orders are always shipped super quickly and the customer service is excellent. No notes. Will continue to shop from Beauty Wellness.ca

Always a wonderful experience ordering from BeautyWellness.ca! They offer the full range of US-made Luseta brand hair products that I can’t find anywhere else, and the quality is unbeatable. Even when my recent order was delayed during the busy holiday season, their team stepped in right away, followed up with the delivery company, and made sure I received everything in time. Their customer service is consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on keeping customers happy. I’m always impressed — highly recommend and will definitely keep coming back!

Always a great ordering experience. Website is easy to use and communication is fantastic. I requested that my order be sent to a safe location and this was done exactly as requested. Very much appreciated

I have ordered many times through BeautyWellness.ca Inc. and my orders have always been good. Last night when I received my order, I noticed that one of the products had leaked, thus 1/2 the bottle was gone. When I reached out to Alex, he was very prompt with his response!! His customer service was amazing. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The price is reasonable for the products I use, especially when they are on sale.

Very nice products and very good service 👍

I had ordered clippers for my son for his birthday. They were almost $300 everywhere else I had looked but beauty wellness had them for $203 so I purchased for my son’s 18th birthday. However, I had ordered a little too late for them to arrive on time so I emailed beauty wellness asking if there was a way to get them sooner, a customer care rep, Alex, emailed me quickly back stating that they could for an express cost of $24 that would guarantee there arrival in time. Still ahead of the game money wise I agreed, and they were here within two days instead of a week! Too the communication was quick and thorough!

My order of Nioxin arrived within a week. It was packaged extremely well, and the lids were even taped down so that there would be zero chance of leakage. Very impressed with the prices and service!

Descriptions are accurate, prices are fair, and they have great sales. I've shopped with BeautyWellness a few times and everything arrives packed well, and it's shipped out quickly. Love the selection and how easy it is to use the site. I will continue to shop here!

Amazing customer service! Super fast shipping! Got my order in a matter of days not weeks! Would buy from here 100 times over! Great pricing and always avaliable and accommodating for new and existing clients. If you arent buying your products here you need to be!

Very quick shipment of orders, good prices and a great selection of Canadian made products. Customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I am always pleased with the sales offered on things I use. And the shipping process is quick and economical, mostly free.
