Beauty outlet is a fantastic website. So many items at such great prices! I’ve ordered from here a few times and my orders have always arrived really quickly. Customer service is great too, if there’s ever been an item out of stock that I’ve ordered, they’ve contacted me really quickly asking if I’d like an alternative. Super happy with my shopping experience from beauty outlet website. Only one small criticism: the search feature could be improved, sometimes it doesn’t find what you’re looking for so you have to just scroll through the sections til you find it

This company offers quality products at unbeatable prices. The service is second to none. If there is an issue with the order,they are quick to respond and suggest alternatives.

I did a product search on Elizabeth Arden trio set of lip protectant. Good price with BO and delivery £2.99 in 2-5 days. Made the payment, email confirming order then nothing. I call today only to be told there is a stock take and no orders will be dispatched for a week. It’s my responsibility apparently to click on their home page just to check that my order will be fulfilled according to the contact I have entered into. I pay my money and I receive the goods as per delivery instructions. There should be a clear warning before entering payment on your website that you are actually not open for a week. The closure info may well be on the home page but when customers do specific product searches it doesn’t appear and neither is it informed before payment is taken. If on the high street a shop decides to close, great I can’t walk in and spend my money, you’ve not communicated to me that you are actually closed, taken my money so I have been deceived. A clear breach of distance & selling regulations. I’m going away on holiday in 2 days, your delivery was 2-5 days, plenty of time for my purchase to arrive. Now I don’t get my refund until Friday so I have to pay out twice and probably have to pay for next day delivery thus costing me more because of your not completing my order. You have taken the money out of my account which you are legally not entitled to do until the goods are dispatched.
UPDATE:
This is their clever response I’ve had to my personal email: ha! They’re cancelling my order. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU ORDER. In my world, If you’re not shipping for one week, you’re closed so don’t take peoples money…… The way they react when you complain you’d think that paying customers were insignificant. I did not have any warning message on the web page if my product search result, that’s an issue with your web platform, sort it out.

As discussed on the phone, we aren't closed, we just aren't shipping till Monday the 3rd April.

Business will return to normal as of the 3rd of April, where depot teams will come and collect all the orders that have built up from the 24th March to the 3rd of April and start to distribute them for customers to receive their parcels by the end of next week.

We would like to add that there was a sign put up on the main page of the website stating that we will not be shipping during stocktake.

We understand the frustration of waiting for a parcel to be delivered, but unfortunately, we put up warnings for everyone to see that there will be no shipping during this week.

Payment is always taken at checkout; this is to ensure your order is shipped and packed. This is written in our Terms & Conditions page on the website, under; Passing of Property.

We understand your frustration, so we will be cancelling your order for you, and refunding you your full amount of £22.99 which depending on your bank will take 2/3 working days to process.

I get a lot of my makeup from Beauty Outlet - they always have good bargains! I've had a few dud lipliners (Makeup Revolution lip kits), but I expect that since it's old stock and I'm always buying them for the liquid lipsticks anyway. I've never had issues with the lipsticks themselves.

Recently I bought something that turned out to be out of stock - Beauty Outlet sorted the issue quickly, and sent me my choice of replacement with no problems.

Postage is always speedy too!

Good price, good products and delivered quickly. Was gutted the one item I ordered then couldn’t be delivered as was contacted after I paid to be told it had gone out of stock. But they did contact me to apologise and ask if I wanted to exchange for another item😊

Great value for money quick delivery 100% in every way

Found the website as I was looking for a particular nail varnish. Wasn't sure at first but based on the positive reviews I ordered 3 nail varnishes at really great prices. They contacted me the next day to say 1 was out of stock so let me choose another one to replace. They responded immediately (on a Friday evening!) and I received them all promptly. Really happy and will definitely shop here again 😊

The customer service team have been nothing but amazing, particularly with my last 2 orders. They emailed me straight away to let me know one of the products I had purchased was out of stock and gave me the opportunity to replace it with another product before offering a refund. In both cases I picked another product which the customer service team was able to swap out with me. So very helpful and honest

One of the items I had ordered went out of stock after I had ordered it. A member of the team emailed me to ask if I would like to order something else like for like rather than a refund. Which meant I was still able to get everything I needed.
