I ordered two shirts size large. They were too big. I should have ordered medium. I admit that was my mistake, but shirt sizes have changed somewhat over the years. Anyway, I contacted your company via e-mail about replacing the shirts, hoping I could use some kind of free "return to sender" and have you send me replacement shirts. Beautiprints (through a scripted electronic message) insisted on a so-called "nominal" fee of $12 per item to replace. That's half the cost of a shirt and over three times what I paid for shipping! I already spent too much money on this. I was nice enough to leave my phone number (619) 778-0082 so that your company and I could discuss this person to person, the REAL WAY to do business. I actually had the same problem with another t-shirt company a few years ago. They called me and said, "we'll send you another shirt free of charge." I asked them, "What should I do with the original shirt?", and they said, "Keep it." At the least please tell me how I can shrink these shirts (100% cotton) on my own without ruining the design. Like I said, I already spent enough money on this. P.S. Call me anytime. Charles

Loved my Buckaroo Banzai shirt. Fits right, all cotton material is comfy, and the graphics are outstanding. I immediately ordered another as a gift for my brother.

I fat fingered the size I wanted and when I inquired about it they did a great job helping me to resolve the issue.

I ordered a T-shirt, size XL…and received a size L.
I took quite a while to get the original (wrong) order, so I don’t know what to expect in a replacement overfund.

My Eddie & The Cruisers shirt shipped quickly and was delivered faster than I imagined. It also happens to fit very well.

Beautiprints was able to accommodate me in that when I received the product I ordered (Steel Dragon T-Shirt) but it wasn't the correct material that I was hoping for. I wrote to their support department and they were able to accommodate my request for an exchange for the shirt that was my desired material (and they even advised me re: the style and fit). Additionally, they said I didn't have to return my initial purchase for the exchange and that I could keep it (most likely, I'll gift that one to a friend) but they processed my new order with a minimum fee and I just received the new T-shirt that was the correct material and wore it the other day. It fit great! But great customer service and very accommodating! I will definitely make a future purchase from them.

Ordered this shirt when I saw it on facebook. Had to have it...so I thought. When it arrived, I soon saw it was printed on a cheap gildan 5000 heavy cotton shirt and not a premium ring spun cotton shirt. I actually print shirts for a living and can appreciate a cool shirt but paying over $30 for a shirt that literally cost $4.13 (I ordered an adult XXlg so it cost a bit more) as a blank at the warehouse is lame! The print itself doesn't even look like they flashed the white under base. The print looks cheap and rushed. I'll def be running the shirt back through my dryer as to make sure the print won't crack. It was worth giving them a try but at the end of the day, I won't be ordering from this place again. Instead, I'll be printing my own.

I really have to wonder about the reviews that say the Premium shirts are thin material. I ordered two different designs, both in Premium, and I think they’re fine. Not sure what people expect…
Anyway, my items were both excellent! Colors and thickness of the design are about as good as any silkscreened designs I’ve had, which is rare in print-a-demand sites these days. Fabric quality is perfectly fine. Design is beautiful on both counts. Customer service responds quickly to questions. I’m very happy with my purchases and will buy from them again!

I ordered a large shirt but I received a small shirt. I wrote to the vendor but received zero response. So far this has been an extremely disappointing experience. So NO I would NOT recommend this site for anyone.

A problem is what made my experience great. My order was filled and delivered within a couple of days. Shirt and print quality are both very high. But one shirt - in an order of several - had the colors come out a bit odd, so I contacted Beautiprints about it. They responded within the space of about 3 hours, "got" my problem, and resolved it immediately. It's pretty hard to do better than that!
