Beautiful Bambino Anmeldelser 

Purchased a Mamas and Papas changing mat on Monday 4th March, chased on 15th March as no further communication since.
Told the mat is on a 2-3 week waiting time? I buy online a lot and I’m certain this wasn’t displayed on the website, either that or fairly hidden. Told it would be shipped out next day when it arrives with tracking number - ignored my request for refund.
Chased again on 28th March, a whole 3.5 weeks later! Magically it had arrived that morning and shipped out for next day delivery. Considering the next day was Good Friday I told them I can’t believe it would be delivered, they have provided no tracking number and zero comms sent to me to say it had been given to courier.
Asked again for refund which I’m waiting for.

Would avoid!

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from.

I bought a cot from them that arrived in soaked damaged boxes (as in they were full of water). I sent the photos as well as the information from the delivery driver (who was also appalled).

Upon opening the box I found that the back panel was cracked (presumably water damage), the runners didn't fit, and an all round expensive cot was damaged.

I immediately notified them and sent photos, I was told they could arrange to replace the missing parts, perfect as I loved the cot.

However, before that was organised my son was able to remove the screws by hand and put them in his mouth while in the cot, making the cot incredibly dangerous (luckily I was sat in the room when I saw him doing it), this rendered the cot useless, not fit for purpose and incredibly dangerous.

I contacted them again with photos etc and a list of problems with the cot (there were more than there is time to list here), I was told the best they can do is replace parts which was going to take weeks if not months (their words not mine).

I requested to return for a refund as my faith in the safety of the cot was completely compromised at this point. They refused because they're a "small business", well surely then you should look after your customers, as I had planned to replace the cot with a different brand from this company thinking I was just unlucky.

The weight of the drawer damaged my carpet (as did not go on runners).

I ended up getting my solicitor involved after a year of back and forth communication with the company, and even he was appalled by the poor customer service and the attitude of the owner over the phone.

This should have been rectified within the 30 days of receiving the product. We planned to go to court, however I found out I was expecting my second little one and with a high risk pregnancy was advised not to deal with the stress.

So I am now down over £600, with a cot that is dangerous and unusable and I can't even sell it due to the safety risk it poses.

Absolutely shocking and appalling. I wish I'd read the reviews on trust pilot before my purchase as that would have put me off. I have told anyone expecting a baby to avoid this company to avoid the stress I have had to go through.

Visited the store today, driving from Leicestershire in order to purchase a crochet moses basket that I had first seen sold by the company when attending the Manchester Baby Show.

I was quite unsure which colour to go for - the company had so many in stock and the lady who dealt with us was absolutely wonderful. She brought out lots of different options for us to take a look at and we eventually chose one.

I’d definitely recommend visiting the store if you can as they have more options available than it is possible to display on their website!

A very happy Mummy & Daddy to be after purchasing from this company - I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again if we needed anything else for our newborn.

Unfortunately this company chose to dispatch using Royal Mail requiring a signature, instead of just normal postage where it could be left in the mail room here. So I have waited indoors all day for the parcel, as I had received notification from Royal Mail in the morning that I would need to be available to to sign for the parcel. I then received a notification from Royal Mail that as I was not at home (!!) to sign for the parcel (I WAS!), they would be taking it to the sorting office and I will need to collect it from there. I will not be able to do this. The office is almost two miles away, and I don’t run a car these days, I work full-time and I have a young toddler so am time-poor anyway, and the office is not on a bus route. So unfortunately I would recommend avoiding Beautiful Bambino for your baby-related purchases, because you may end up in a similar situation due to their choice of postage method.

We picked our pushchair and colour a little while ago at another store and we’re informed that delivery would not be available until mid June (after my due date)
I have searched and searched, but the colour I wanted was sold out absolutely everywhere - I was so disappointed, when spending such a lot of money I really didn’t want to compromise!

I then stumbled across Beautiful Bambino website and my shopping experience has been fantastic end to end!
I spoke to them on webchat to confirm they had stock and delivery timescales - I couldn’t believe my luck!
I ordered straight away and have received my full bundle today - next day delivery!
Exceeded my expectations in every way and would not hesitate to recommend Beautiful Bambino to anyone!

Shocking customer service!
Item delivered in a damaged box (not ideal when it’s a gift)!
Pushing the problem onto the courier with no ownership!

This company is fine until you need to return something, their returns policy is like a novel and you will lose 10% of the cost of your item in restocking charges and thats only if the packaging is in perfect condition. If it is not, they wont refund you at all. They also insist that you send the item back recorded delivery which is very expensive. If you can find the item somewhere else for the same price, I would buy it somewhere else just in case you do need to return it.

Great company. Bought BabyBjorn bouncer and carrier from here. Arrived very quickly.

Fantastic customer service, very personal and kind, from start to end. The team made sure to save the last Nuna Triv pram they had in stock for me and then dispatched on the day for the next day delivery. They were available on the phone all the time and indeed called back to ensure they have the right address for me. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I am waiting on Cybex Priam over 2 months. I asked about refund many times, they dont want to return my money.
I am without trolley for baby and without money!

Any email I sent was relied to in the same day and even received a phone call to make sure I have received them. They updated my order for me when I wanted to change the product ordered. Bought my first granddaughter a beautiful mark j crib from her and the quality is out of this world not one compliant. Ordered on line Saturday afternoon, arrived Tuesday morning which I was really surprised as delivery stated 3/4 weeks. Would highly recommend

So glad I found this store before having my first baby!!! I was able to get all my essentials in a great bundle deal and have been back several times since; each time the staff have been super friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Lovely range of high quality products, I took my sister in law and she was ready to have another baby after seeing all the amazing stuff in there!

I have bought pretty much everything in my daughters room (Ariana) and could not be more pleased with beautiful bambino. They were always very quick and responsive to any query’s I had.
I remember when I was pregnant I didn’t know where to go till I came across these guys and they helped me from start to finish when ordering all Ariana’s goods! From her baby car seat to her pram even now when I need anything I don’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended and they are amazing with the customer service.

Ordered the Snuzpod bundle on Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday morning! Also their customer service is brilliant, messaged asking about when I should expect my order to be dispatched and got a reply straight away. Cannot fault the service and the website was really easy to use and order from. Just wished I lived closer so I could visit the store! I have been waiting for my item for over 7 weeks now with no email of when it’s arriving !
It was suppose to be a Christmas present.
It stated it was in stock and should have been with me in 5 days !

Fantastic customer service! Bought a pram footmuff from them a couple of weeks ago, but when this arrived the colour was all wrong - exchanging this for an alternative colour was incredible easy and quick. Thank you so much again!

Super happy I found them. I was looking for specific colors for my travel cot and for my baby bouncer. They had everything in stock, at a competitive price.
Delivery with DPD which is convenient as they send you a one hour time slot to make sure you're there.
Would definitely buy again!
