Britannia Bearsbys Anmeldelser

Bearsbys were fantastic in coordinating and carrying out our move, which was quite complicated. The team could not have been more helpful, enthusiastic and respectful.
Their willingness to work over a Bank Holiday weekend to meet the required timescale was very much appreciated.
In simple terms; Very Highly Recommended.

Exceptional service, Ollie and Ian went above and beyond including the shipping of my car which I thought was amazing.

Very hard days work for the team that moved us, but they stayed polite and very professional all day. Great team who supported us on what can be a stressful occasion. Well done guys and thankyou for making the move a lot less stressful than it could have been.

From the initial consultation to the last item being unloaded, we never thought moving home could be so stress free!
Due to the distance and our personal requirements, the move was over a three day period. The removal guys were always happy and extremely helpful but did drink us out of coffee. Lol
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very easy company to deal with. Very efficient providing a competitive quote for moving. They also helped to source an external company to move our gym equipment.

The only other thing I would say, the team is very fast with packing & moving, so it’s important that you are organised ! ..

Excellent service from Kieran and all of the team from initial contact, quote and moving day. They worked hard to make our move as stress free as possible and with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

If I could give Brad and Lee more than 5 starts I would. They were amazing from start to finish. Packed with care and consideration as if our stuff was theirs and unpacking was the same.
They were friendly, approachable and communicative throughout the day.
They even checked the new house garden was safe for our dog before we got there and even offered to help us dry her when she jumped in the pond. Brad and Lee are both worth every penny.
I couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated from start to finish.
Thank you for making our moving day so comfortable and smooth.

Would like to give 10 stars.
From the 1st phone call through to our day of delivery everyone has made the whole process run smoothly. Due to distance, our collection & delivery were over 2 days. John & team arrived on time, day one. Throughout, they All worked like trojans. The whole process of moving can be really stressful but Brittania Bearsby removals service was excellent.

This was our first time using professional movers. Kieran responded to our enquiry quickly and was super personable going through everything in detail. On the day Simon, Charlotte and team did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble despite key delays. Everything ended up in the correct places and furniture was taken apart and reassembled with care.

We received brilliant service from quote through to the day of the move. Communication with the guys in the office was excellent and the removal team on the day were friendly, helpful and got everything done quicker than I expected. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Amazing service from Britannia Bearsbys for our house move. Lee, Darren and Bill were incredible with our removals and we are very grateful to have had them take the stress out of moving. We highly recommend and couldn't be happier in our new home.

We moved yesterday, the team arrived early, so pleasant, everything was done so professionally and with care.
Made a possible stressful day go so smoothly. We got stuck in traffic so the team collected the keys and started unloading, everything went where we asked.
Amazing team - so friendly and respectful.
Highly recommend to anyone that wants the best for a reasonable price.

Britannia Bearsbys were professional throughout the whole process from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they made a potentially stressful process a much easier experience. The moving crew on the day were speedy and efficient and approached the task with good humour and courtesy. I would recommend to others who are in the process of moving home.

The company was excellent from start to finish, from my first call with Kieran, to the wonderful team that moved us, I could not fault anything, they all made the stress of moving a lot less stressful.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing. The customer service team were unbelievably helpful and eloquent.
On the day the guys were nothing but helpful and took the whole stress of moving away. It was incredible how quick and efficient they were. Would highly recommend

Good assessment of our needs from the initial contact. Competitive quotation. The operatives that came to do our packing and move were polite, experienced and professional. They had obviously worked for the company for some time which was comforting. All in all a very positive experience and would definitely use again.

The team were fantastic and took great care with packing and moving my parents. Having lived in the same house for 27 years it was a big job and an emotional time! They were careful, kind, and super efficient. Kieran who organised everything was a pleasure to deal with.

Couldn't have asked for a better service - cheerful, fast and efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to choose Britannia Bearsbys if moving again.

I wanted to write to say how absolutely amazing all the lads were during the packing, loading and unloading of my things during my move away from Kent.
As with the two separate international moves undertaken in the past, during this latest move the company worked amazingly, professionally and speedily without fogetting how important kindness, understanding and tolerance of their client's needs all are.
Everything ran like clockwork and I was so stressed it was such a relief to have the packing and moving process run so seamlessly. It made a world of difference to how I had been feeling.

A shout out to all involved and also for all at the operations end of the move, also very much appreciated as I know how much amin and paper work there must be. I also appreciated the speedy replies to emails, and thank you for the patience in the numerous move date changes. Basically brilliant.

Everyone played an important role in moving me over 100 miles to my new home, it was easy to get a quote, I opted for the packing service and was not disappointed, it was done efficiently and carefully so there was no problem at the other end. The team who physically moved me were helpful and worked so well together it made the day so much less stressful, at my new home it was raining so they expertly parked to reduce the amount of time spent in the rain, everything arrived intact and dry thanks to their efficiency and covering items with blankets.
