Don't buy from them!
I made an orde online a month ago, and still no signs of my package.
I've also requested a refund and haven't gotten a response.
This looks like a scam scheme to me.

I got what I ordered. Definitely not fake.

I ordered on 5 Feb and the parcel (from Portugal) arrived on 12 Feb - normal post.

Update 13 dezember 2025:Wenn das Produkt ersetzt wurde, warum wird dann weiterhin mit dem alten Produkt geworben? Bitte passen Sie die Anzeige an das Produkt an, das Sie tatsächlich liefern können. Dieser Verkäufer hat eine sehr niedrige Bewertung von 2,8, weil auch andere Käufer aufgrund ihrer negativen Erfahrungen mit Be and Care meiner Meinung sind/zustimmen.
Täuschungsmanöver des Verkäufers „Be and care“ – Klassisches Bait and Switch (Köder und Tausch)Der Verkäufer bewirbt ein Produkt mit zwei Inhaltsstoffen, das er nicht auf Lager hat, und behauptet, es sei durch ein anderes Produkt ersetzt worden, das nur einen Inhaltsstoff enthält. Er ist ein Betrüger. Er hat mich und auch andere Leute getäuscht/betrogen.
Die Fakten:Update zum Kauf vom 16. September 2025: Falsch geliefertes flüssiges Shampoo, das nicht der Werbung entspricht und in einer undichten und schlecht geschützten Verpackung geliefert wurde.Ich habe ein Produkt für 18,40€ bestellt und bezahlt. Er hat mir eine Rechnung über 18,40€ für ein Produkt ausgestellt, das nur 12€ kostete und nicht dem von mir gekauften Produkt entspricht. Er ist zu meiden.Der Verkäufer hat mir bewusst einen minderwertigen und deutlich kostengünstigeren flüssigen Artikel zugesandt. Dies ist eine vorsätzliche Täuschung (arglistige Täuschung).Die Ausrede des Verkäufers, die "Verpackung habe sich geändert", ist irrelevant und dient lediglich der Verschleierung. Es wurde ein anderes, billigeres Produkt verschickt, nicht nur eine andere Verpackung.Der Verkäufer behauptet, die Rücksendung nicht erhalten zu haben. Da mir der Betrag bereits erstattet wurde, informiere ich hiermit öffentlich:Aufgrund der bewusst betrügerischen Handlung des Verkäufers, mir vorsätzlich einen minderwertigen und falschen Artikel zuzusenden, ohne mich über die Änderung zu informieren, da er mein Produkt nicht auf Lager hatte und davon ausging, dass ich den Austausch eines Produkts mit zwei Inhaltsstoffen gegen eines mit nur einem Inhaltsstoff akzeptieren würde, bin ich nach deutschem Verbraucherrecht nicht verpflichtet, den falsch gelieferten, billigeren Artikel zurückzusenden. Der Verkäufer hat durch sein betrügerisches Verhalten seine Rechte auf Rückforderung des Artikels verloren.ACHTUNG: Dieser Verkäufer, „Be and care“, wendet aktiv die Taktik des „Bait and Switch“ (Köder und Tausch) an.
Ich habe dies persönlich bei der Bestellung Nr. 304-8524631-3094757 vom 16. September 2025 erlebt, wobei das gefälschte Produkt am 23. September geliefert wurde.Der Verkäufer hat ein bestimmtes Produkt beworben, mir dann aber wissentlich einen minderwertigen und kostengünstigeren Artikel zugesandt, ohne mich darüber zu informieren, dass das beworbene Produkt nicht vorrätig oder nicht verfügbar war. Ich habe in anderen Bewertungen gesehen, dass er dies auch bei anderen getan hat.Basierend auf anderen Bewertungen ist klar, dass dieser Verkäufer weiterhin Kunden täuscht, indem er systematisch ein Produkt von geringerer Qualität als das beworbene verschickt.Obwohl ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten habe, habe ich bereits die zuständigen Stellen informiert, um diese Aktivität überprüfen zu lassen.NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!

Le service client est tout simplement déplorable.
J’ai passé commande le 23 septembre et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Après un premier contact avec le SAV, on m’annonce un renvoi du colis : là encore, aucune livraison. Je demande donc un remboursement, mais on me répond que « le colis est en route » et qu’aucun remboursement n’est possible. Cela fait désormais deux mois que ce colis serait prétendument en transit : c’est totalement hors délai et en violation complète de la loi.

C’est pitoyable.
De tous les e-commerces avec lesquels j’ai eu affaire, c’est le pire. Et a en croire les commentaires sur Amazon, c’est loin d’être un cas isolé

Donc si vous voulez dépenser votre argent sans recevoir le colis et sans remboursement (illégal) allez y. Sinon fuyez loin, il y a énormément de sites qui vendent la même chose et de façon bien plus professionnel

I had a great experience shopping with this company. I had a couple of questions regarding the shopping of my orders and each time they replied to my emails right away.

Una vergüenza. Nunca recibí el pedido y se escudan en que el repartidor lo entregó en fecha. Dos semanas con excusas y ninguna solución

I just received my Beauty products that I’ve spent almost £400 on and they are all fake. Fake packaging fake products I use them all the time. This company is an absolute rip off and should be taken down.

Ordered a product two weeks ago. Order confirmation was sent, but no communication regarding processing or shipping. I was never sent a notice that my order was processed, or a tracking number for shipping. I have sent several emails to customer service and have not received a response. I will be disputing the charge with my bank, as I have no reason to believe that the product is being sent to me and it is time-sensitive.

Tentative d'arnaque, vendeur sur amazon : be and care remplace le produit commandé par un autre, soi-disant équivalent, et vendu beaucoup moins cher ! et cela, bien-sur sans prévenir! et sans remboursement de la différence !! Peut-être pensait il que j'allais me faire pigeonner sans réagir. Et pour couronner le tout, on me demande de détruire ma réclamation, il est temps que les autres acheteurs sachent !!

I have never written a review like this before but felt compelled to inform any potential customers of my personal experience. I placed an order on the 22nd April. On the 28th April I sent a query to enquire when I should expect to receive my order as I had received no communication since the confirmation of order. I found this unusual as I am a frequent online shopper and generally expect regular updates until order is delivered. The initial response indicated that they had contacted me days beforehand to advice stock issues and they were awaiting a restock ( I don’t believe any email was sent as I never received one and checked my spam to be sure). I accepted the explanation despite the fact that I needed my product as I recognise that these things happen. On the 4th May I sought another update as I would need to consider a refund and order with another supplier as I had a holiday coming up. I received a response that they were unable to fulfill the order and offered an alternative which they stated would perfectly replace my order or a refund. I requested a refund as the alternative item was a completely different item which would not perfectly replace my order. I finally received confirmation of my refund only to discover that the €6.74 I was charged for delivery of the item they could not fulfill remained outstanding.
Extremely disappointing experience.

Foi a minha primeira experiência com a Be and Care e só tenho a dizer bem: serviço rápido e com atenção ao cliente. Efetuei uma compra de valor relativamente baixo e ainda assim recebi umas pequenas amostras. Muito satisfeita! Recomendo.

Avoid this operation . They dispatch orders missing items with full knowledge and take no responsibility. I refer to your reply . I have written directly to your info email with no response. I have never encountered such a worse experience in my 50+ years using online shopping. It is simple order placed , order paid in full , order not dispatched in full . No communication regarding the missing item. I was expected to accept the order even though it was not fulfilled. A contractural obligation is exactly that . Be and Care did not comply. I paid and did not receive as paid . The offer of $2.70 compensation to accept the short order is an insult , in fact ridiculous.
I note your response . You did not complete the order . You now state you are not responsible for not fulfilling the order so who is ? You accepted full payment prior to dispatch . You did not dispatch in full you did not communicate the order was incomplete. I reached out and offered $2.70 to accept the order . Further under Amazon regulations the items sent cannot be returned as they are of a personal nature .
Once again to not accept responsibility just reinforces my statements about Be and Care .

I made an order, which has been confirmed and in few days they added a tracking number. The link didn´t work so I went on website of the courier and tracking number was not found. Basically it was non existing number. I contacted customer servis and they just replayed: "for some reason your order is returning to us, so that you don't have to wait any longer, we will refund your order, if you want to make the purchase again it will be a pleasure to assist you." I asked if they can sent the goods I ordered instead refund (because my bank has different currency = CZK and I will loose money. No chance.
Generally normal online shop would solve the problem with delivery and send it. But obviously there was no any problem, they didn´t have the products I ordered. Only possitive thing is that they comunicated

No customer service, all they care about is money. I didn't hear from the company when my order didn't turn up. They only cared when after 3 wks I asked for a refund. After I received the refund they then harassed me nearly every day to tell me to refuse delivery from royal mail. Only problem royal mail said the order was still in Portugal. Horrible people who don't care AVOID!

Even though I haven't received the order yet due to an error in the mailing address, Be and Care has reached out and offered to resend the products. Will review again once products arrive.

A rapidez no processamento da encomenda.
Tudo estava impecavelmente bem embalado e foram colocadas amostras para experimentar.
Gostei muito da experiência. A repetir!
