Sarah Johnson in particular was professional, very helpful and caring, informing me along the way of the progress, persistent and knowledgeable with my claim which after 5 years was recently concluded with a very gratifying compensation payment. Feedback on claim ref accident
Initially very slow process but picked up towards the end. Communication good although it would have been helpful to get a non legal explanation to speed up interpretation on some elements of correspondence.
