Horrible shipping, i ordered the item December 12th, expected it for christmas. it is currently January 22nd and it hasn't been shipped. There hasn't been any updates or nothing. I asked for a refund and got ignored. I dont even want the package no more

I purchased via internet over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my product. They have no telephone customer service. And their email responses are very automated and not considerate. I would not recommend at all. I work too hard for my bread to get this type of service.

Customer service is horrible. And located in Asia. Which makes it worse. Product isn't reliable and not capable of Bluetooth as advertised

I placed an order a month ago and my order has not yet been processed. They are quick to take the money and they can not fulfill an order in a timely manner. Communication is horrible, they don’t have a customer service line and when you email them or write them via IG you get an AI generated response. It’s been over a month and I’m $700 down! Bodega is the most ridiculous company I have ever shopped at. STAY AWAY! They’ll rob you!

This company does not ship orders. They say the are experiencing high volumes but it has been over a month and they are still preparing my order. Customer service is terrible. They just say they are delayed. No offer to refund or cancel the order even though it likely will never ship. Don’t buy from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. They took my money and over a month later have yet to send it and refuse to respond to any messages I send them. THEY DO NOT CARE You will have no recourse when they steal your money. (Order #790738) Do no be fooled by their canned responses here. They just send out automated responses, you will never reach an actual human.

Cancelled all my orders days after I don’t understand it. I ordered over 4 things

Ordered a pair of Chucks for my wife’s birthday, it’s now a month later and still no shoes or tracking information. Contacting customer service is a joke, they keep sending me the same scripted email about “overwhelming amount of orders” and “it’s still processing…” Seriously, after a whole month?!? I’ve ordered things from stores 5000 miles away that arrived in four days! Now I’m having to file a dispute with my bank just to get my money back!

Ordered a pair of crocs and somehow, they came in a size 4 and I wear a size 12 and am a 24-year-old male, there's remotely no way I would have been this lax to mistakenly order a size 4, considering 12 is quite a few numbers away from 4, I would understand if I clicked 11 or 13 by mistake but size 4 are you kidding me, I asked to exchange for the correct size and they won't do it due to the limited nature but has been released for over 2 months and not a single size has sold out, I wander why because no one should trust them and their services. makes sense why 77% of people give a 1 star, I hope someday that a federal policy makes these companies change policies because they are scamming customers and they say check our policy and I do, "we hold the right to make any exemptions" I requested one and I got an automated email and their live chat is always offline, they are garbage and don't buy from them. They won't let people exchange because they can't sale anything, makes complete sense now. A bunch of fraudulent folks I hope they never receive accolades again.

Really bad customer support. I tried to reach the customer support since i missordered a pair of shoes from Europe, meaning this I need to pay customs. I contacted them instantly after the order asking please if they can cancel the order. 2 days after the reply saying they can't when it is a shopify site, of course you can do it with 2 clicks. I finally have to pay import customs por +50% of the value of the shoe. A very very bad experience

I ordered their ASICS x Bodega Kayano 20’s. The shoebox came destroyed. Inside, the shoe was also destroyed. Somehow my shoe was dented severely changing the way it feels completely compared to its pair. I contacted customer support repeatedly. They only fixated on the damaged box and ignored the defective shoe. Bodega’s customer service team needs to go back through their training program. They need to fully read the email. I wish there was a place on trustpilot to attach photos. People need to see how ridiculous this whole situation is. This is far from the first time Bodega has royally messed up my order. One time, I bought a Stussy pigment dyed polo from Bodega. They sent me a Large Bodega T-Shirt and Hoka Shoes. This was bizarre as well as ridiculous. But oh well. It’s my fault for shopping with Bodega. I think that will be coming to an abrupt halt immediately.

I ordered shoes from the site, and the Bodega team refunded my order a few hours later without bothering to specify the issue. I had to email them to figure out the problem, which unsurprisingly turned out to be that "Unfortunately, our inventory and fulfillment teams have informed us that your order item xxx was no longer in stock."

I then requested that their team cancel the entire order (as I had a $10 item included to get free shipping). Their team informed me that they were unable to modify, edit, or cancel an order once it is placed, despite having "modified" my order without my consent. As you might guess, they do not offer free returns on orders, so now I am stuck with this item.

What really bothers me is that they did not consult me about this issue and just directly modified my order. When I reached out to them, they made no effort to assist and essentially told me to deal with it myself.

Purchased a ring on the 19th May to Australia and they sent the incorrect size (was unlabeled and they didn't check the size before sending it). It took 10 days to arrive, now, having to send it back to the USA, taking another 10 days, and up to another 5 business days for them to process a refund for their mistake. All up - having to wait close to a month to get a refund because they sent an unlabeled box and ring and didn't bother to check sizing before sending it. All I was asking was for a refund as soon as it was collected by their carrier.

I was very excited to find the pants I needed to complete my suit (I already have the matching jacket) on sale, so I placed the order on Bodega's website. However, a week later, I discovered that the pants were out of stock. Very disappointing. In 2024, an e-commerce company should have a better sense of what's in stock before allowing customers to buy it. Taking a full week to inform me is outrageous, especially since I needed the pants urgently and would have bought them elsewhere. I even reached out a day after purchasing to ask if there was a way to expedite my order for an additional cost.

Love this store. Try the NY sour. Tell them I sent you. You won’t get bud from anywhere else afterwards ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ws charged for membership that I did not register. $4.95 and a charge for $39.95. Complained and promptly got full reimbursement from them.
called bank and cancelled debit card, just to be on safe side.
