Signed up with USD as my desired currency (an selection offered to me at my discretion). Won a measly $100 USD from an $18 USD deposit via e transfer. Submitted my withdrawal, and that's where the real fun began. First hula hoop, verify your account. Sent all required documents quickly, got an email back 36 hours later saying they were not sufficient. Found said email, send the EXACT same documents back to them, contacted live support continuously, all the sudden they were accepted (go figure). Next hula hoop, I deposited via e transfer as a Canadian, cannot view e transfer withdrawals in my cashier withdraw section... Contacted live support again, they said they will manually process it from their end... Ok... Several days later, no withdrawal received, no update via email, nothing. Go back to live support, get told that I need to close my current account and open a new one in CAD as they cannot process e transfers in USD... Uh, I have been gambling online for almost two decades, I have never had an operator request me to close one account to open a new one in CAD currency in order to withdraw, usually the monkeys working that low can do a quick google search and find a website like xe and do a simple currency conversion, no. Several live chat contacts later, several days later, I have a new account open in CAD. I specifically called out loud, that they would credit my $100 USD as $100 CAD on my new account, trying to steal a petty $38 on the conversion rate. Several live chats later, balance is corrected reflecting the proper amount. Long story short, figure out how to buy and sell Crypto and go to one of the leading casino websites in 2026. This place operates like its 2005 and will make you jump through every hula hoop in order to cash out less then $100 of winnings. Garbage operators, garbage live support, garbage human beings. Watch out for their sister sites like Boo Casino, Galactic Wins,
Mr Fortune, etc. Same garbage human beings that need every dollar in their pocket quickly.

The core issue was a currency mismatch: while USD accounts are offered, Interac e-Transfer withdrawals are only supported in CAD. This limitation required the creation of a CAD-based account to complete the withdrawal, rather than a simple conversion at the cashier level.
Your balance was ultimately corrected to reflect the proper amount, and no funds were withheld.
