BBQ Barn Anmeldelser

This company gives excellent customer service and goes the extra mile to put things right.
I know things don’t always go right first time but when you have an issue when purchasing online sometimes it can take forever to put it right, but not with this company as they responded immediately ( even emailing me outside of their normal business hours) to put things right for me.
They were always easy to contact by email or direct to someone by phone. They listened to me and made the experience of doing business with them a good one.
I would definitely recommend them following my experience and will use them again for anything BBQ.

Item cracked on arrival, no replacement available so to be refunded. Can't fault customer service, but some more protective packaging would have prevented the issue.

Always a great company to deal with super knowledge in their field, delivery always prompt and goods always up to the standard that you would expect.

Excellent service, because they really do care!

Absolutely brilliant service, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Very helpful and friendly great knowledge of all the products no pressure. I have no hesitation in recommending BBQ Barn

They were very helpful both when I went to the store to choose my kamado and during delivery.

Recently had a problem with the control knobs on my Weber S670. I had swapped numerous emails with Weber customer services and was getting nowhere. I then contacted BBQ Barn, who I bought the BBQ from, and they immediately acknowledged my request and within an hour had contacted Weber who then immediately contacted me to sort the problem. Superb service - can't speak highly enough about my experience with BBQ and would highly recommend.

My intention was to use our local BBQ supplier, we are extremely impressed, firstly there was no sales pressure, they had the model in stock that I seen earlier, after talking to Paul he asked us what we like to cook, the model I was going for wouldn’t be easily achievable (beer can chicken)
We had a small issue with the gas, I got the wrong type from a local garage, we made an out of hours call, not really expecting an answer, but was told what we needed & Homebase had Butane in stock.
All in all a very good service, highly recommend this company.

Faye and her staff were amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. She pointed us in the right direction and we are thrilled with our Broil King Bbq.
We travelled hour and half to visit the shop and they have the best selection in the south east.

Whistler BBQ great price and excellent delivery service. Although give yourself 3 hours to put it all together and you will need another person on hand to help! But worth it. The look is great and cooks brilliantly

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Excellent range of products including rubs and marinades. We bought a BBQ which we are very pleased with. Delivery was quick and after sales second to none. Have been back to buy more rubs - so much choice!

I ordered online for collection and the item was ready as soon as i arrived at the store. The staff were very fruendly and knowledgeable when i asked about other products.
I will definitely be back!

The customer service at the store was fantastic. The lady was very very helpful helping us make a decision on which BBQ we wanted with no pressure at all. Delivery was very quick also a very pleasant and helpful driver. In a word FANTASTIC!

First class service, expert knowledge and quick delivery.
Highly recommend

We bought our bbq from the Leigh-on-Sea branch and have to say that the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. All questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. Happy customers!!

The people working there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but did try to push us into buying (though we did, and are very happy with our bbq).

Good advice . Keen price. A good experience
