Both worktop arrived damaged on the…
Both worktop arrived damaged on the sides also bits of yellow paint on, they had no bubble wrap on the side face of the worktop , even the edgeing strips were badly damage and had bits missing , these were expensive worktop so I was very surprised, delivery guy really helped and spent nearly a hour taking photo ringing the supplier to sort this, he does not work direct for them he also showed me photos of the item he took when the item got put in the van, you can see that there damage on the thin traparent sheet in and yellow paint on the worktop , these worktop should have been checked before delivery we waited a whole morning carry in the worktop and carrying them out as my house is up steps and pass a neighbours house, having to carry them out again, I decided against a replacement as I haven't got the time to waste if there not going to check the items before , I had a nice women who told me she very sorry and totally understands ,she said she progress a refund , I,m writing this as they have not refunded me , so it look like I,m going to have to open a PayPal claim .

Occasionally we have to deal with items arriving damaged, but can assure you it is not the norm and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Furthermore it is our policy to offer replacements within a very reasonable turn around time. Considering your location (Postcode PL) it would have been possible to replace the items within 2-3 days; but it is of course your prerogative to refuse replacement option and cancel your order.
We received notice that you wanted to cancel the order on 30/06; and ask our clients to please allow 7-14 working days for refunds to reflect after an order has been cancelled.
This allows us to adhere to the administrative tasks involved internally and follow company policies as set out in our T&C’s.
However, we can confirm that this refund has already been processed via Paypal; the original method of payment you selected online.

Having never used this company before?
Having never used this company before, i took a gamble with them as they offered the best price for, a product i wished to purchase. I found them to extremely professional, in all aspects of the purchase. They provided a very prompt, and positive reply to all questions and emails. They provided clear and regular updates, from the Manufacturer of the product. And the finished product was provided, promptly within the manufactures timeframe, and as per the order placed, in perfect condition! I would highly recommend this company, based upon my own personal experience. Many thanks for a 'First Class' service all-round!

Beautiful worksurface
I ordered a worksurface with fairly limited stock, so it took a while to be delivered but communication was very good and absolutely delighted with the product. Can't wait for it to be installed.

Bbk is the worst parts company ive ever…
Bbk is the worst parts company ive ever dealt with i purchased a set of their shorty headers for my ram truck got them installed they sounded great for about 3 months then they pooped t the bed i went to get them replaced under warranty at my supplier but was going to be 6 to 8 weeks and advised me to go direct to bbk so i call them tgey ask me to semd pictures and videos so i do and they approve the warranty so the mail msn shows up and wants to charge me 86 dollars to pick them up customs chsrges on what was supposed to be free warranty replacement no tax however they marked it at bbk as merchandise (even though tim at bbk assured me they were clearly marked warranty but was a lie ) so i get the box home open it to find an u finished pourus sandblasted sey of headers with some of the worst welds ive ever seen and warped flanges so again i call them and at this point im pretty frustrated and tim tells me im going to call your supplier and get them to refund you and no warranty very brutsl customer service and even worse craftsmanship never buy bbk they are a joke
