The reality is that this company is operated by a Vietnamese team based in Vietnam and does not hold a Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) license for conducting business in Hong Kong. Under Hong Kong law, any entity involved in company formation or secretarial services is legally required to obtain a TCSP license. Failure to do so is a criminal offense and may result in prosecution and imprisonment.

However, since this company operates from outside Hong Kong, they appear to be evading local regulations. All of their listed addresses are virtual, and even their bank accounts are not tied to a physical presence. Additionally, some email addresses they’ve used for communication appear to be fake or non-existent.

Exercise caution when engaging with them.

I think people sometimes rush into things too quickly, without considering that they're negatively altering reality. In my case, I successfully registered my company in Hong Kong, without any additional costs as claimed, and without any waiting. The support is incredibly effective; they're helping me with all my questions. I also do my accounting through them. I'm grateful and I warmly recommend this company.

Wow. Everything took forever, and things we agreed to (like amended articles) were not reflected in the final submission. I finally changed the registrar and now it's taking me thousands to undo their mistakes. Incredible incompetence. Don't go through these guys, go directly to a registrar in your company of choice, who is local, smart and fast.

They were aptient and helped me put together all the papers for the LLC, renew it every year since then!
They helped me open a bank account too, all in all I have no words!

BBCInc Ltd have assisted us in setting up various structures in Hong Kong. Our experience has been good and cost is sensible

Its a scam i apply for a company in hongkong
After i submit all documents he ask me that my passport need to be at least 6 months
And if I continue with this passport its necessary to change it in the future with new one
And that cost 500$
I ask them to refund my money I don’t need to go ahead with the service and ask me that he reduce 100$ fees for refund and the refund take more than 2 weeks
He wast my time
I still waiting for my money to be refunded to my bank account
Don’t work with this company please its a scam
