Pre-order Items
I’ve used Baukjen a few times and always been happy with the service, but this time I have been disappointed. I ordered 2 items, one item was clearly marked online as a pre-order and the other item was in stock. I expected to receive the in stock item in a couple of days, but nothing arrived. I chased after a week or so using the online chat service and was informed it would be despatched that day. It wasn’t. The next communication was an email saying the item, which they now suggested had been a pre-order, was delayed and wouldn’t be available until the 11 April. Poor communication and disappointing delays. Watch out for their pre-order items! They have my money but I do not have my items.
UPDATE: I have received a full explanation from Baukjen and they have resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Delivery never arrived first time
Delivery never arrived first time, however that was not Baukjen’s fault.
However a quick solution was found by a wonderful woman who works for Baukjen.
My blouse is just beautiful and I could not my experience first time with them.
