Slow delivery on products
Slow delivery on products. I purchase regularly and love the products themselves but delivery can often take 10 days. I understand I’m probably used to other retailers delivering within three days. I will still continue to buy.

Not a great start
Not a great start because trousers had obviously been warn before (there was a Mint Velvet price label for a jacket in pocket!). Baukjen gave a very quick reply to my email with an apology, saying a replacement was on the way. I am very pleased with trousers.

The courier company Evri seems to take their time delivering and also appear quite unfriendly as they don't wait for customer to open the door before they are gone.

Poor returns process
Returns process was not straightforward, information regarding free returns was misleading.
Items were returned on 2nd March and tracking shows package is still with Evri, therefore no refund received yet!
*update* following reply I phoned customer services and they confirm refund made although I have had no emails confirming this.
