A Great Close shave.
The only complaint i have is i wish a razor stand was available to hold my razor.

I've never owned a safety razor before, so when I got this, it felt a touch short in my hand compared to my normal 4 or 5 bladed razors. As I used it more, I understood that the shorter handle makes for easier handling. The razor feels very durable, and has some heft to it considering it's made from aluminum. The handle much easier to grip than my normal razors due to the whole thing being knurled. I think I appreciate that part the most.

Im not a huge fan of the shaving cream, it was caked in and really hard to carve out enough to shave with. That said, I loved the synthetic badger bristle brush. A little softer that my dad's boar bristle brush (the only other brush I've used), took a few more circles to apply, but was much more pleasant.

Initially, the cost of the razor seemed a touch high, but again, I've never owned a safety razor. But as I look at cost of blades, in the long run, this will be much cheaper.

Quick delivery, decent blades.

This is the best razor of any kind that I have used. Fits the hand well and gives and extremely close shave without extra effort. A quality product that is a pleasure to use.

An excellent safety razor that is great for shaving your face and head. I like the light weight and the military theme. I do suggest using an Astra or Feather blade for the best shave. The machining on this razor is nice and this razor was made in the USA. Buy one, you will not be disappointed.

I bought a razor, had a wonderful time waiting, Shipping was very fast. I used the razor one (1) time. Loading it is ridiculous and the shave is worse than my 4 blade razor. Only way things get better is if Battle Brothers wants to buy it back.

The build quality and shave creme is excellent. I can’t say the single blade razor shaves better than my Harry’s blades but it might be due to my expectations. Sort of a wait and see experience.

This was my first foray into safety razor shaving, and I think they knocked it out of the park. The quality of the razor and all of the other components that I selected are top notch, and I expect this razor to last the rest of my life and then well into someone else's. I'm now planning on giving these out to the rest of the men in my family as gifts.

I purchased the Battle Brothers MkII Razor because I like the concept of the military aircraft grade aluminum and the fact that it's made in the USA. I've not used it often as of yet but it seems to be doing the job just fine. The only improvement that I would recommend is increasing the length of the handle. Otherwise, it's a nice/well made razor.
