Tired of the big razor companies, decided to try something different. Glad to support a company that is veteran-owned, and they make a great product.

Nicely scented shaving soap. Helps protect against nicks and shaving rashes.

I was not thrilled with the product. I really had to work to get a clean shave and sometimes, I could not get all the hair off my face. I will try the product again if the quality improves, but at this time, I will use my electric razor.

Razor and blades arrived ahead of time! Love the products!!

I pre-ordered my boyfriend the Battle Brothers Shaving Co. shaving set for his birthday. The set included the spiced rum shaving soap, brush, double edged razor blades, and a razor. When the set came in the mail, it was high very quality and the spiced rum scent smelled amazing. He specially asked for this set because it is USA and veteran made. I tried out the razor my self and was very impressed. The blades were well made, high quality, and sharp. My boyfriend does not look forward to shaving and this actually made him want to shave! I highly recommend this company. Great product, thank you. I can’t wait to order more of the scented soaps.

First off, the best shave I have had in my 30 years of shaving.
Andrew sent a thank you email which is just good customer service. He notified me that the items were on back order, he then offered to split the order for my convenience. I declined, but the offer solidified my opinion on their customer service.
I even moved while waiting, a quick email to Andrew, and the shipment address was changed.
There are a lot of retail options for almost every product. It is refreshing to find one that is customer service oriented.

Great service. The synthetic brush is the best synthetic brush I have tried. I also use the shaving soap. Makes a great lather.

The finest part of my morning ritual is Battle Brothers Shaving Co's incredible razors, which perform wonders for me.

I became disenfranchised with my previous, big name shaving brand. I’m a veteran and so this company caught my eye. After some reviews I took the plunge with the two-year razor supply. I have to say, I’m happy I did! I LOVE these razors and shaving creams. Having never shaved with a double edged safety razor before, it took me a little bit of time to get my technique down. However, it’s a closer shave, no more nicks or “weepers”, and irritation and razor bumps have gone away My skin looks to be clearing up. I have found my shaving company. Give them a try! Also, if you have a loved one that shaves, this would make an awesome gift. I really really enjoy my shaving time, much like a nice cup of coffee.

The presentation of the razor is fantastic. Gives me a wonderful shave and is very durable

This is my first safety razor so take what I say with a grain of salt. However! I really and I mean really!!!! love this razor. I got the Mkll along with the blades, a brush and scentless soap. The razor is souper nice! It takes almost no effort to shave with it, and there's no pulling! (I was using a cartridge razor before this, I will never use one again!!! haha) Not to mention its such a close shave, not something I really ever had before and its very nice! Moving away from the razor and blades, the brush is lovely and the bristles are oh so soft! Then with the soap, it lathers fantastically! But keep in mind (when I apply it any way) its a bit thin. However I prefer my soap a bit thinner so it works simply lovely for me!

After some weeks of using BB products I now feel ample experience from which to base a review.

I preface this by saying I have been a mug-brush shaver since the early 1970's.

The products reviewed include the MKII razor, BB blades and their shaving soap. Also reviewed is the company's service.

Let's begin with service. Dealings were straight forward, products were well packaged and received in a timely fashion. Follow-up and response to questions was superb.

Products: The MKII and blades. When first received and used I noted some drag in both with-grain and against grain shaving. To be fair I thought this may have been related to the soap I was using and I obtained a can of BB's soap. This helped but still I felt uncomfortable drag.

The closeness of the shave however, was better than I'd obtained in many years of of mug-brush-double edged shaving. (And this includes results obtained with a very expensive adjustable bevel razor).

I have since returned to a supply of blades previously on hand and find the drag mostly eliminated.

MKII Razor--I love it. Way beyond a mere 5 stars and the end of many year's quest for a made in USA razor. Shave is smooth & clean.

Battle Brother's soap--an excellent soap. Better than other craft soaps I had tried in recent years and definitely much better the commercial brand I had most recently tried. It seems the search for the perfect soap has reached a climax. A solid 5 stars.

BB Blades--I find considerable drag with these. Especially with a weekend's growth, shaving can be downright painful. Also where I am used to obtaining 4 good shaves from a stainless blade, 2 per side, I find three to be the limit with these. 3 stars.

Overall I am well pleased with the products B B actually produces and am fully supportive of their efforts to supply made in USA products.

The Mk II is great. It takes some getting used to, especially if you had always used cartridge razors like me, but I really enjoy the razor now. The initial price is overshadowed by the money you save on razors over time. The handle is high quality and so are the razors themselves. I'm glad I bought one, dedicated some time to learning how to use it, and supported a veteran owned business in the process.

Great Quality. Great shave after a few tries. Simple but elegant design.

This razor’s the real deal! It hails from a different era and ditches the modern, overhyped, over advertised, BS in favor of solid, dependable, comfortable, effectiveness. Bombproof build that makes you feel like a hero when you use it. Well done, all around.
