I have had a truly awful experience.
I placed my order on February 22nd with 48hr shipping. Almost a month later, I hadn't received the item or any explanation as to why it hadn't been shipped.

I requested a refund on the 20th of March which has been actioned but the money has not been refunded to my account. Nobody is responding to my requests for an update on when this money will be back with me.

I will be avoiding in the future.

I ordered a callous remover from battle box, order never arrived, no tracking number sent. Have emailed them multiple times regarding the order with no response.

Save your money and do not buy from them.

I'm very disappointed, I purchased a fit watch for my husband and I haven't received it and have been informed that I will receive a refund, however to date I have not received a refund despite sending numerous emails, and an Instagram message. They have claimed that my money has been refunded but it has not, have now submitted a dispute with my bank.

I ordered goods from this company. Never received them. Got told after chasing several times that they were investigating with DPD. Got told they HAD refunded me. No refund arrived. I raised a dispute with my bank under the Mastercard debit card guarantee or chargeback if it’s a visa debit card. Bank refunded me. They then chase the retailer’s bank. Keep an email trail if you have a dispute with this company and contact your bank before taking small claims court action

I didn’t receive my order. No response from emailing them, submitting a form on their website or messaging them on Instagram. I’ve never left a negative review before and wish I’d read the ones on here first.

I have been waiting for my order since the end of January 2024, but it has not arrived. I wrote after 10 days that if they don't send anything after such a long time, then probably it hasn't been sent. I asked for refund. They wrote back that (status changed "Refunded"), but the money was not returned. I am very disappointed that their company is not correct and they steal people money. I hope whoever reads this will not order from this company because they will be as disappointed as I am!

Placed an order 12/02, got an email saying shipped 14/02, it's now 26/02 and still no order has arrived.
Messaged them last week and no reply - awful customer service

Sadly the reviews are true.

Ordered and received standard 'your order has been despatched' email, but no tracking number.
Apparently it 'was posted' but nothing showed up. Three weeks later still nothing.

I asked for either a refund or proof of posting under threat of reporting to National Fraud and Cybercrime and, miraculously, an email appeared almost instantly claiming a refund has been sent...lets see if it actually appears in my bank.

UPDATE

No refund appeared and then magically an order was sent (long after my original) with a note of ‘see, we sent it…problem is it’s two random shirts and not what I ordered. Poor attempt to cover up either a scam or incompetence. Avoid.

I ordered 4 items on 27/01 and paid for 48 hr delivery via RM. The items have not arrived and no one from battlebox has responded to my emails or website chat. I have spoke to my bank who are happy to recover the funds for me after a 28 period. I would avoid this company at all costs. I have taken 3rd party advice and currently in the process of reporting this company to trading standards

Please avoid and use other reputable companies

Complete scammers. Ordered an item and no communication since. No item received. Have tried all social media channels, 3 different emails and the phone line doesn’t work. Will be taking to small claims court and raising issues (as others on here have) with trading standards.

Ive emailed several times about order which hasn't yet been shipped, no response to any email or message on their website.
Seems like no one is working here.
Ive asked to cancel my order and to have refund but nothing.

Please don't be fooled into purchasing from this so called shop. It is totally fraudulent, you will receive an email a few days after purchase saying your goods have been dispatched but no tracking info is ever provided or your goods ever delivered. I am now claiming through PayPal, seller has provided them with alleged tracking info which is in fact an address 6 miles from where I live. Seller needs stopping, please ask yourself why he has got Trust Pilot to block his last two items of feedback..... can't believe PayPal is still letting money be sent to him...
Don't get suckered in, very dissappointing

Ordered some socks in October. No update, no reply from customer services, no refund. It’s December now!

absolute scam company, 2 bands ordered on 6 october and no reply one month later. wish i had read the reviews sooner - avoid

This company isn't even worth one star. Ordered some knees sleeves on the 18th of September for 48hr delivery. No order confirmation recieved. Sent a request and was ignored. Sent another to which they replied blaming the postal service. No contact again. Chased for a refund that they said had been processed but was utter lies. Now they won't reply to emails. I have now gone to the bank to dispute the payment. Terrible company and poor customer service. Avoid these scammers atall costs.

I bought this product on amazon and it was great, I have used a fair few different ones and nothing compares. To the point that as they don't sell this size on amazon anymore i googled them and here we are.

I ordered some B12 supplements and a month later they still haven't arrived. I've sent emails and messaged the company but they haven't responded. Shockingly bad.

Ordered pair of lifting shoes. Delivered with few days delay, but looks like courier fault because customer service has provide me all details of delivery and checked with my local depo . Thank you for support.

Just deleted my 5* review i left fo them last year. I order some creatine from them on the 11th of August. Still haven't received it yet, managed to speak to a guy 8 days ago told me he'll send it still hasn't arrived. Got in contact with PayPal who refunded me within a couple of days. Thank you PayPal. I own a gym and i have in the past advised my guys to get their supplements from Battlebox well that's not going to happen from now.

30th July confirmation of order £38.97 debit card.
1st August e mail Awaiting Shipment.
9th August e mail Refunded. No explanation.
No refund, followed up.
15th August e mail Refund made.
No pending or actual refund recorded in my account.
I contact them to this effect.
They say wait 24 hours to see if refund arrives.
Totally disappointed with this level of service.
