Battery Dynamics Limited Anmeldelser

Exactly what I needed, delivered in 48 hrs, messaged by courier on delivery

Everything great !!

Battery approved to fit my car when I entered the registration did not fit. Customer service made the excuse it's only a recommendation. Not good enough.

The batery was delivered as promised, which allowed me to drive the car again. Forgotten how much i take the car for granted, thanks so much - reccomending you to my friends now.

I feel really supported by my account manager at battery Dynamics.

When unsure with any order I email with a quick response back to make sure I have everything correct.

Thank you

I got what I needed - helpful service in choosing the right batteries and further details on other queries I had for the future.

I bought a battery from Battery Dynamics last year that developed a fault. I contacted the customer service team who provided me with the necessary details and got the battery collected for testing. They kept me informed of the process and replaced the battery with a new one under warranty. Great service and would use again for future needs

We have been extremely impressed with Battery Dynamics Limited. Finding a reliable supplier that not only provides standard commercial batteries but also caters to specialist medical instrument and industrial tool requirements is incredibly helpful. Their selection of top-tier brands ensures we never have to compromise on quality, safety, or performance. The team is professional, and it is incredibly convenient that they also supply a wider range of power electronics and cables alongside their battery cells. A top-notch, highly dependable company that we will definitely be using again.

They helped me buy a lithium battery for motorhome were very professional from start to finish, delivery was as stated and well packed. The product is better than expected

Good service at a decent price. Arranged delivery in double quick time to get me back on the road

Response times and service excellent. Highly recommend these guys

Great company to work with, we have bought from them on a number of occasions and the customer service and product support is exceptional ! They are very competitively priced for high quality products. Will keep on using for future purchases.

Battery Dynamics customer service is fully charged! Not just a double A performance but a triple A!! Will definitely be using them again

Thoroughly professional experience throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I was adjusting my requirements. Very speedy delivery also!

The guys here know their stuff. Had a slight issue with my order but my account manager was on it and sorted it out quickly which was great. I will be using them again

Top brand battery, good price, fitted to car and vroom – immediate start, great!

DX, on the other hand, managed to deliver to the right house number… but the wrong road name, put into exterior cupboard, for a Mandatory Signature delivery! Luckily, it wasn’t the first time, so I could find it after the delivery confirmation email was received.

Great service
Opted for standard delivery( as faster courier not guaranteed)
Kept me informed arrived on time packaged well car started first time..

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a battery for next day delivery before 1pm never turned up. Called them to ask for an update they said it hasn't left the warehouse yet waiting for courier to pick up. I ask DPD what's the hold up they said the seller needs to arrange pick up they have the consignment. Third day still no delivery called again staff have no clue what's going on and not helpful either. 4th day still no update. Ended up cancelling the order and getting a refund. Guys avoid this place it's nothing but headache.

Fantastic service, ordered the battery on the Friday came delivered on the Monday. Great price and kept me up to date with my purchase.
