Replacement battery for Dell XPS 13 -here's one that works!

battery4dell website accessible, clear and helpful. AolsteCell battery delivered on time through Canada Post (one week). Product well wrapped and in good condition. Instruction booklet very clear and helpful. Battery very well constructed and fits my Dell XPS 13 precisely. Tools included work well. The battery works very well and all restored in computer after BIOS setup.
It charges normally and holds the charge well. This is quite a relief as 2 previous battery replacements from large internet providers were not recognized as Dell by my machine and would not charge. I had to send them back. Early days so I do not know about the battery life yet, but so far equivalent to the original Dell battery.

Batter was a decent replacement but not…

Batter was a decent replacement but not as OEM. The cable to connect to the laptop was in the wrong direction and required a lot of work to get it to fit. Since then the battery has been good.

Replacement battery for Dell 5400

Product description was clear and precise. Price was good and flat rate shipping was attractive. Product was sent with tracking number and arrived when expected. It was well packaged. Overall, very happy. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I'll have to see how battery behaves. So far, so good!

Excellent Customer Service

The company took the time to verify I was ordering the correct item and then promptly shipped it to me. Both replacement batteries are now installed and functioning perfectly. I'd highly recommend battery4dell.com for replacement batteries.

Received in 4 days

Received in 4 days. Installed and was at %80 charge. Charged to %100 without issue in 1/2hr.
Have not used laptop as of yet but worked perfectly when installed. Some replacement batteries require F1 to bypass battery no recognized on boot but this battery does not require this as it worked perfectly.

There is not much delay in shipping as…

There is not much delay in shipping as other reviewers say. Took 5 days to ship to Toronto. Just installed the battery and it worked. The only thing which is a surprise to me that my 6800 requires a update of time and date in BIOS when new battery installed which took me a while to figure out

Average battery quality

Sent me dead battery which had scratches and did not work at all when installed

UPDATE: the battery took much longer to charge. It is of average quality and drains quicker than the original battery from Dell.

Seller performed well

Seller sent the battery a few days earlier than the due date. Package included magnetized screw drivers which I used. Tracking worked well. Battery is now installed and working. If it drains prematurely I will update my review. But from a review of the seller's website I saw that he had a presence in the key geographical markets. That was enough evidence for me that the seller would perform. I am please with the professional service.

The whole experience was bizarre.

Needed to return an unopened and unused battery as it was no longer required. The first weird thing was it took them forever to ship it. They made a shipping label but didn't actually give the item to Canada Post. They were in a neighboring province and it should have taken 2-3 days but took 2 weeks. By then my computer had died from unrelated circumstances. When I said I wanted to return it, they said it was a "pitty" I wanted to return it now, and I needed to wait for 2 weeks as they were changing warehouses? When I said I would just like to return it as one normally would, they offered to refund half of my money upfront and the rest when they received the battery plus refund my shipping costs (which I thought was nice of them to offer). After a couple of days had passed, they then started sending me URGENT emails wanting the battery back. I shipped it and included my shipping receipt as they requested. They received the battery on April 11th and only after badgering them did I receive the rest of my money 11 days later, only to then get an email stating "We don't refund return shipping costs"! It was their idea! They offer it TWICE! Very shady company and god help you if you need to return something. My only expectation was to return a product like you would do normally with any other business. They made it super complicated and had a poor attitude and tone the entire time. Each conversation was bizarre quite frankly, and I think you'd be better off doing your business elsewhere. I have saved all of the emails to back up every word I have written.
