Ordered a bathroom mirror but unfortunately the courier lost it in transit.
However without hesitation the Bathroom4Less Customer Service quickly dispatched a replacement.

Where's my delivery?
Ordered item on 13th August, was advised that it was out of stock until 22nd August. Chased item a couple of times to be advised that delivery would be on 2nd September during a window when our offices would be closed. Advised this and told not a problem. As yet, no delivery received.

Items not delivered
Ordered an item from their website on the 4th of Aug, it stated on their website the there was no delivery charge. Then on the 5th of Aug got a call back from the company to say that I have to pay delivery charge? I made a payment for delivery on the 5th of Aug for £29.95. As of now still haven't received the goods? I would not use this company if you think you will get the goods in a reasonable time. Avoid..

Great price for quality en-suite sink/toilet unit. On opening WC unit it was found to be damaged but after sending a pic a replacement was dispatched immediately.

Bought a radiator off Amazon..recieved…
Bought a radiator off Amazon..recieved delivery info that it would be delivered between 3-5pm...Then at 9.30 checked my phone again and it said that failed deliver attemt at 9 24am... when I checked thebtracking info it was being delivered in Adrossan som 200 miles from me. Rang Amazon spoke to a chap who couldn't understand what had gone wrong , and assured me it would be delivered that day. By 6pm it had not shown up so rang amazon again lwho was sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing more they could do as it was a 3rd partselller Vathroom 4 less and delivery by stream. This morning woke up to another email from amazon saying they had been in touch with Stream and it would be delivered perhaps Monday maybe Tuesday....so I'm stuck again for anothern 2 days waiting on delivery during school holidays . Be warned check whi delivering the item your buying ...if its not here by Tuesday then the order will be cancelled....I would like to give them all 0 stars.

As soon as you brought this to our attention, we escalated the matter directly with them to ensure the delivery was completed on 10/08/2026. While we rely on third-party couriers and cannot always control their transit times, we completely understand your disappointment when a delay occurs.

Purchased vanity bathroom unit with…toilet unit
Purchased vanity bathroom unit with basin and toilet unit complete with soft close seat.oon 7th july
The soft close toilet seat collapses when seated.
They are asking for photos, however how can you take photo when seated on toilet seat.
It is extremely flimsy.
The company offered to replace the toilet seat which I accepted of the sent a better quality soft close seat
Today 1st August Evri delivered a broken box with toilet pan smashed.
I did not require new toilet pan only toilet seat.
Unfortunately now I have to dispose of the broken toilet pan.
I have emailed the company with photos of broken goods.
They advised they could not just send a toilet seat as it came as part of a package.
They did offer to send complete package again.
But I did not require a new toilet.
Only better toilet seat
The company keep asking for me to update my review
So here it is
The company have now offered me £25 refund
Which will now be used towards my petrol to take broken items to refuse centre.
I now have to source a better toilet seat
Such a shame I had problems with this purchase .
I purchase several items some years ago and they were very good quality.

Because certain vanity units are stocked and packaged as complete sets, our system required dispatching a full replacement unit rather than an individual seat. However, we completely recognise that receiving a broken pan created an unnecessary burden for you regarding disposal.
We hope the £25 refund helps offset your travel costs to the refuse center, though we acknowledge that your time and effort should not have been required in the first place. Your comments regarding the seat quality, photo request process, and courier packaging have been shared directly with our product quality and logistics management teams to ensure these issues are addressed moving forward.

Good price good service. The radiator was very slightly damaged on the top which looked like a manufacturing fault when the top danish was applied. The coating is slightly damaged
