Chris does such a great job and is always one step ahead, meaning that I do not need to stay on top of product end dates and opportunities to switch. He takes time to understand the motivation for making changes/raising finance, which has enabled him to come up with creative ways to solve financial problems. We could not have wished for a better mortgage advisor, especially being first time buyers who were not familiar with the process.
