Bathing Mobility Advisory Service Anmeldelser

All the BMAS tradesmen were very pleasant and helpful. They always asked us exactly where we wanted fittings positioned before doing anything. We are very pleased with the wetroom they installed.

Excellent from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. From customised design to installation everyone was so helpful.
I would definitely recommend BMAS to anyone. I feel safe showering now and I have a beautiful bathroom to do it in. I have received numerous compliments about my new walk in shower room.
Customer service has been great throughout too, keeping me fully informed at every stage.

We got a new wet floor shower room installed in December 2019. From the very first phone call to arrange an appointment for someone to visit and speak to us, the planning, the undertaking of the work, the attention to detail, the finished article (which is stunning), and all the lovely staff and tradesmen we dealt with during this whole process, deserve the Five Stars I have given - I would have given a higher mark if it had been possible!!! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I could not be more pleased with the service from BMAS. The initial advice was clear, the work was done beautifully and the follow up excellent.

Can't praise highly enough. From initial consultation right through to completion everything was to an exceptional standard. The two installers
were non intrusive, didn't even stop for breaks and kept me informed daily on the steps/stages of the work. Each team member turned up on time and completed their task whether electrical or simply removing the rubbish
without fuss. Project manager monitored throughout and on completion
ensured that I was happy with the work. Customer care is amazing...any queries dealt with and support during and after installation is available. I now have a shower room to be proud of and at a very competitive price

We received excellent service. The work carried out was first class.

First class job
All worker’s were good at their job
Would have no hesitation in recommending BMAS,have been singing their praises since job was completed.

Dear BMAS,
I love my new wetroom - the step into the shower was becoming increasingly difficult. The workmen were so quick and Leigh made sure I could take my walker right in to the shower area which I do and find it so convenient.

BMAS is quite simply a first class firm whose work is carried out with complete efficiency and a sense of complete determination to ensure customer satisfaction. From initial concept discussion to completion everything this company does is exemplary, and its results impeccable.

First class job. Really pleased with our new bathroom. No mess and reliable. This is the second time we have used BMAS. They converted parents bathroom to wet room a few years ago and still looks really good.

I love my new wet room designed by Leigh and installed extremely efficiently by Imi and Christian.Great workers as were electrician and the man who laid the flooring. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs a wet room installed they take into consideration all of your mobility needs.

We were very happy with this work. The tradesmen were excellent and completed it on time. The plumbers, in particular, worked extremely hard.

We have no hesitation in recommending BMAS and have, in fact, done so already to a neighbour who enquired on behalf of relatives.

Great service from start to finish. No pressure sale and great advice from salesman. Great choice of wetwall colours. Very professional tradesmen who were very clean and tidy. No mess left and all old bathroom removed from the premises. Completed within the timescale stated and checked by company. Very professional service. Would highly recommend this company.

From the very beginning I was very impressed with BMAS. A great deal of trouble was taken to ensure that what was planned was exactly suited to my needs. The quality of the bathroom fittings and the workmanship is absolutely first class.
Thank you BMAS for your care, efficiency and skill in creating such a wonderful new bathroom!

From start to finish, our experience with BMAS was fantastic. The entire team were efficient, friendly, professional, understanding and caring.

Arranging the appointment was easy and when Colin came to visit us, he really took a lot of time to explain what was possible and made recommendations to suit my parent's needs. He made sure that mum and dad were totally comfortable with what we were discussing and totally put them at ease.

The 2 Peters that did the installation worked tirelessly and I was amazed at how much they achieved with minimal disruption and efficiency. During the course of the installation, a few issues cropped up - but they were not phased in the least and went ahead to fix the issues before installing the wet room. Their skill was always apparent and it was very clear that they take a lot of pride in completing a job to a high standard.

Having a wet room installed had the potential to be a major stress and worry for my mum and dad, but BMAS took all that worry away and left them with a wonderful bathroom that works brilliantly for them and finished to a very high standard.

Genuinely can't thank each and every one of the team enough. Highly recommended!!

My new bathroom was installed with no problems.
Everything went very smoothly from the beginning. No mess at all and the men were all very friendly and professional.
When the salesperson came to my home I had an idea of what I wanted, however after he discussed three different designs I opted for something totally different.
Iam so pleased now that I took his advice.
I am more than happy with my new bathroom and would recommend BMAS to anyone looking for a new bathroom.
