I placed an online order on Sep 23rd. On Sept 26th I received an email stating my order is on the way being delivered by DoorDash. Next email status in afternoon of Sept 26, order was 2 stops away from my house in Grayslake Illinois. Serveral hours lated order status stated being delivered by DoorDash still showed 2 stops and 20 miles from my address. Overnight status at 6am Sept 27, Sunday showed delivery on way, to be delivered by 6:01am. At 9am status showed unable to deliver and order being returned to facility in OHIO, when I live in Illinois. A call to Customer Service said delivery will now be a week later with no explanation as to why DoorDash did not deliver when only 2 stops away. I had sent the driver, Angel, a chat on Saturday eveing asking about the delay in only 2 stops away but received no response. DoorDash is unacceptable as a delivery service for Bath and Body Works and you have lost my business.

I've been a customer here for over twenty years. The foaming hand soaps and room sprays have been a staple in my home, but the company no longer accepts coupons like it used to and won't honor price adjustments for "flash sales". I literally paid $8.00 for an item that is $3.50 a day later. I've spent thousands here over the years. Sadly, this was my last order.

Today I went to pick up an order from BBW in Prince Frederick. I was pleasantly greeted at the door. I informed the young lady that I was there to pick up an order. She asked for the order number and if I had planned to do any shopping. I advised that I wasn't. She proceeded to the counter, got my order and brought it to me. I thought that was extremely nice of her and I truly appreciated her kindness. Keep up the good work.

Coupons and app deals have so many “exclusions” that even the salespeople give conflicting explanations It’s become Bait and Switch and I’m done playing their game.

Buyer beware. Purchased an order online. Never received. They “refunded” me but shorted the refund by $10.00.
So many other places to get fragrance products without being scammed by Bath & Bodywork’s!

I would give 0 STARS but it won’t let me. This place sucks! I was the victim of fraud last December and my email was also compromised. All was taken care of. Fast forward to today and I find out that Bath and Body works has canceled my current order. When I called to ask why, they telll me that my email was used in fraud in one of their parent companies. So they told me I can’t order from them online anymore?!?!?! I was the victim of fraud and now I’m penalized by them? There’s nothing I can do. Cool. Great way to run a business. I ordered 450$ of candles, per usual but I guess they don’t want my business. Incompetence is not something I will deal with. YSo this post is my last interaction with Bath and Body Works. So so disappointing.

I had an AMAZING experience at the Bath & Body Works Augusta Mall location on Sunday afternoon, all thanks to Ms. Jae! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and energetic. She gave me great candle recommendations and introduced me to the Wallflowers and plug-ins—which I’m now hooked on! 😂

Ms. Jae also took the time to help me understand the Bath & Body Works app, my points, and how the free rewards I earn work. I walked in shopping for candles and walked out not only with some great products, but with a much better understanding of how to maximize my rewards and use the APP!

She was upbeat, funny, and genuinely made shopping enjoyable. Her personality, product knowledge, and customer service truly stood out. She is exactly the kind of associate every store needs!

Management, please recognize Ms. Jae for doing an outstanding job. She made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be back! 🕯️💕✨

After almost a month of waiting to see if I was going to get a refund or replacement order for 17 items I did not receive, I called and was greeted by Roger. He was so pleasant and nice to chat with while getting me a replacement order and refund for rhe scents out of stock. Amamzing customer service! You rock Roger!

I absolutely love their products however, I ordered moisturizer soap online and while I understand that they seal their soaps with very hard plastic for shipment it took me almost 5 minutes to get it off. Even then I could not get all the plastic off. Can you do a bit better, especially for older folks who have arthritis.

I bought 3 of the wallflowers plug ins and all 3 are leaking with in 6 months all over the wall and floor. They charge 5-8 dollars for the basic plug ins and 16-20 for decorative plug ins and they all leak. I tried to find a way to talk to someone and I get AI that only gives specific options. Nothing that lets me get help with my issue. Waste of Money. Poor customer service. Very disappointing.

I paid all this money for these scent warmer holders and the oils are leaking from the bottom on my carpet and baseboards. The stain is hard to remove which is damaging my carpet. Horrible product and its extremely expensive to have this defect.

Horrible they use door dash to deliver my package and the package is nowhere to be found. And they say I have to wait 2 business days. It's freaking Saturday and I have no soap... I was counting on my package. They left it outside somewhere

Zero stars… They mail coupons that are already used! Thanks for wasting an hour of my life filling up my cart and then trying to resolve with an AI bot 🤦🏼‍♀️ thank goodness I didn’t drive to an actual store or I would really be pissed!! The cheap crap from Walmart smells the same anyway 😂

I was not happy with the condition in which my order arrived. One of the items had a torn label, and at least one item had leaked, as the box was wet when it arrived. This suggests the products were not packaged securely enough to prevent damage during transit. There was 1 small piece of bubble wrap in the bottom of the box that did nothing to help protect the product.

I bought several candles labeled WHITE BARN, DO NOT BUY THESE CANDLES, They have NO fragrance to them, you can buy a dollar store candle with scents are better, I'm very disappointed in the quality of these candle, if it's labeled WHITE BARN, DO NOY BUY, I called customer service and they told me to see if they will exchange the candle. That didn't help at all.

I am an avid Bath And Body Work shopper. I nearly spend about $1000 a month in this store. I like to burn candles every morning from the time I get up around 5 o’clock and then I normally burn them for about three hours. I don’t burn them again until when we get home for about another three hours so a total of six hours a day there’s the go to sense that remain consistent, which is white gardenia, kitchen, lemon cactus blossom, sweet orange agave cinnamon coffee into the night 1000 wishes, champagne, toast, sun, drenched linen. Those are my go to those have tremendous throw and smell to them around fall time you get excited about the fall smells well this year the only fall candle that they have that has any type of throw to it is pumpkin pecan waffles. Any other candle from fall, you literally either have to hold it in your hand and walk around with it or have it burning and sit right next to it. These candles are 2495. You should not have to be sitting next to a candle that expensive in order to smell it Walmart has candles that are 495 maybe half the size of a three wick and you can smell them across the whole house. They are actually starting to match all the sense that you have to similar candles of their own and they pack a punch. I’m actually thinking about switching over to just buying Wal Mart candles again I did that a few years ago and then Bath And Body Works improved and now they’re going downhill again when you go to leave a review on one of their products and it’s not a good review anytime you go to leave a second review you’re not able to recently. They came out with the reserve collection. I bought one of everything a four with candle for 2995 the single lit candle now they came out with Reeds and a red diffuser I bought one of everything from each line and there’s only one product out of all of that that had any throw or packed a punch and it was the lavender jasmine room spray anything else of that reserve collection that’s super expensive absolutely has no smell no throw. I am seeing reviews across many social media platforms on the Bath And Body Works site and in several other places of people complaining of the same thing online orders are taking three weeks to get to customers your candles are not strong. Some of the smells that you’re coming out with are disgusting. A lot of people are even saying that nobody wants to smell pickles and ranch and popcorn carrot cake stop trying to come out with things like that. Stay attention to your line that most customers consistently buy, and you can afford to add some essential oils to your candles to make them pack. A punch soy wax is very cheap. You buy it in bulk I bet you one of your 2495 candles you probably make for probably anywhere six to $10. I burn essential oils in a diffuser and I get good quality organic oils for $10 a bottle that pack a punch I bet you I could make a candle myself the same size in one of your old jars that you can smell from across the room with just adding a couple more drops of essential oil. There’s no reason your candle should not smell from across the room. It took six of your reads that you’re only supposed to use three at a time and I still could not smell it in 100 square-foot bathroom. Your products are going downhill. Many people are saying this and I’m ready to go back to taking my thousand dollars a month and spending it at Walmart for their candles that pack a punch why are you not taking all of these Customer complaints into consideration and making positive changes to your products you’re charging a lot of money for these products and they literally don’t smell like anything at all. Keep it basic keep it small look at your profit margins see the candles that people repetitively buy and sell those make them strong. Some of your candles don’t even have wicks in them or don’t burn properly half of the wallflowers don’t even smell as far as your car air freshener, those are a joke. I have two holders with two cents in my car and you can’t even smell them. You can buy a dollar cardboard air freshener that you’re almost choking in your car and you’re charging people close to $10 for a car air freshener that absolutely doesn’t have any smell to it. People are starting to catch on and you’re starting to lose business. I’ve seen it on the news I’ve seen it on the Internet I’m seeing it in reviews all over if I could leave more reviews on the products that I’ve gotten to warn customers I would but somehow after leaving one bad review, you can’t ever leave another review. Your reserve collection is junk. Your fall line with the exception of pumpkin pecan waffles is junk your new nightmare before Christmas line no smell what so ever Wal Mart is by far doing a way better job at making candles than you are and their by far cheaper I might have to buy two to year one, but that still will only cost me $10. You guys need to step up your game

I received a gift bag from a friend, the website clearly states 100% satisfaction guarantee. They even exchange used products! Mine had not been opened, I just didn't care for the scent. When I asked to just exchange for same product but different scent they told me no. I called costumer service and was told the same thing. No receipt, no exchange. Won't shop there again!

The customer service is deplorable.
I needed to cancel an order. I couldn’t email so I chose the chat option. I chatted with the agent who eventually just left the conversation with no warning. I waited five minutes for him to respond to my last comment. I was not rude or anything, he was just very very slow to respond so it took a while. So I chatted again trying to cancel my order and they told me it had been more than 15 minutes so I could not cancel my order. I explained I had been on chat for 20 minutes with them. It didn’t matter. They wouldn’t cancel it.
And watch out during sales. They will have a buy three get three free, but you will definitely pay for the three most expensive and the three cheapest items free. Which I guess is normal. Feels sneakier here.
