I was happy to spend my money on a small family operation rather than a large corporation. Had a little issue in the beginning with shipping but the Bat Flip team was in constant contact and never made me feel like there was anything to worry about.

Shipping is and has continued to be a challenging issue during this pandemic situation. We will continue to do what we can from our end by communicating what we know to our customers to calm their nerves waiting for their package. Unfortunately we have minimal control over the delivery services once it leaves one of the warehouses.

I am glad to hear you like the bat, but honestly we have no control over shipping service companies once they pick it up. Customer service by the BatFlipShop is absolutely amazing!! I came upon this website by chance and I am so glad that I did. I had ordered 2 sets of catchers gear from 2 other websites, only to be sent an email 3 days later stating that the item I purchased was out of stock. When I came across BatFlipShop I noticed there was an option to send a chat message. It was almost 9pm at night, we were sitting at the ball field, and I had no idea that I would get an immediate response from an actual human that truly cared to help me find what I was looking for!! You have went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service, it is truly unmatched.

Great service even after the sale!
Great experience with these guys. Found the bat I wanted for my son at a great price. UPS had shipping delays and I got a text message from the owner Steven telling me he noticed on my tracking that my bat was stuck somewhere and said he would try to find out what is going on. Very rare to find service after the sale! Definitely will be buying from these guys again.
