Hey Keith, I apologize for USPS delivering your order late. We shipped your order 2 day priority mail on 8/12/24 but it looks like they did not deliver it until the 19th. As you know, once it leaves our hands we have no control over delivery services. In good faith I am going to refund you the express shipping fee in hopes you will give us our 5th star ! :) Thank you for using us and again we apologize on behalf of USPS.

Outstanding customer service! I received a text message immediately after placing my order to make sure I knew that the item I had ordered was a pre-order. Communication continued for the couple of weeks until my bat arrived. Will definitely shop here again!

This company sent me the wrong size at first but when contacted was very helpful right away and resent the correct size plus more items. My son was very pleased with all the items sent. I will be purchasing from this company again in the future.
