I never know what to get mum for…
I never know what to get mum for Mother's Day, because her birthday is shortly before, and she doesn't like receiving "stuff". A gift package was the perfect way to send her some nice treats that I know she loves, without loading my parents' house down with more permanent objects.

Nice Whiskies, slow shipping and delivery
A couple of very nice Whiskies, keen pricing, but unfortunately shipping in-stock items took a couple of days and then took a further 3 days with the delivery partner...as a result the bottles missed the event purchased for.

I had placed the order at around 11am that morning and by the afternoon the courier had picked it up an delivered the next day. The receiver got a wonderful surprise of a beautiful gift box.
I needed help with something a little extra and found the team showed empathy and a solution to what I needed. Thank you.
