Fenex Points

I At first, I was hesitant after finding out this violates United’s terms. I did extensive research and was encouraged by the numerous positive reviews on Trustpilot and the fact that it's a verified company. Today, the money is in my account, and I wholeheartedly recommend the service. I received support and guidance every step of the way. Thank you very much!

Sold Amex Points. Got the best rate from all brokers. Very efficient process.

Going through the whole sale application process took about 5-10 minutes, once submitted it said they need more information and I received a link from stripe to verify my identity. Within 30 minutes of completing it I had my payment. I was at first skeptical, but this is legit. So worth it!

Reliability is number 1, the payouts may be slightly lower than other brokers, but the customer service is very helpful so I don't earning slightly less.

100% Trusted.
Customer service is awesome, they have an accurate timeframe

The representative is very helpful to give information that you need.

I recently had the pleasure of using Basis Travel for my upcoming flight, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. From the moment I reached out to them, they were incredibly communicative and responsive. They promptly provided me with the status of my flight, giving me peace of mind and allowing me to plan my trip accordingly.

Not only that, but their efficiency and speed were truly impressive. With their assistance, I was able to navigate through the airport smoothly and board my flight without any hassle. The convenience they offered allowed me to relax and enjoy my journey in style.

Based on my experience, I highly recommend Basis Travel to anyone in need of reliable and efficient travel services. I was thoroughly satisfied with their level of professionalism and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Rest assured, I will be a returning customer in the future.

Like many others I was skeptical. However, my status was granted within the time frame promised. The amount that I have saved in checked baggage fees paid for the cost of the service. Due my status, I was granted access to a lovely international lounge which would not have otherwise been available. This service has worked out well for me!

Let their be no doubt that this company does actions rather than just words. Given today's dubious Internet marketing/scammer gimmicks abound, these folks are top notch. I had David help me elevate my United status. The process was very straight forward. The only hiccup was answering my profile security questions which David proactively helped me with. Within a short flash of time he had accomplished the task. Now I'm officially a United 1k member 😊. The way Basistravel operates is a model in how all other online companies should operate. Job well done and thank you!!!

Wow! I didn’t think this would work, but it actually did! Basis got me my 1k membership without having to spend thousands of dollars on flights. I shared with my brother and it also worked for him as well. I’m not sure how they do it, but I’m grateful and a big fan!

Quick and Great Service!
I ordered my upgrade in the morning and by the evening my status had been updated on my United account. The perks even updated on my pre-existing scheduled flights.
Customer service also responded pretty quick when I had a question and took care of what I needed. Looking forward to enjoy my flights.

What a professional transaction. They couldn’t be more kind and communicative!!!! Best of all they do what they say they will when they say they will. Highly recommend!!!

Incredible, not much more to say than that. Turn around time was literally 24 hours

My Experience with Basic Travel has been great for the Upgrade in great time!I was skeptical about it at 1st but glad I did it!And will definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Great experience

My experience with Basis Travel has been prompt and efficient. I received status quickly and I am very satisfied with the service.

Great service. My order was fulfilled promptly without a hitch. Deffinately would recommend this company.

I was skeptical about this service, because it seemed too good to be true, but I decided to give this a shot after reading an article that explained how they are doing this. A few hours after I submitted the request, I was able to log in and see my status had been updated. This is a great value, if you have a family, or travel a lot. Just in the bag fees and advance seat reservations, this service pays for itself very quickly.

With in 24 hours I had full access to all benefits! David was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Adam delivered on upgrading my Status to Platinum Medallion. I am enjoying the upgrades!

So their ad popped up on Facebook I looked at the reviews because of course I was skeptical but I wanted it to be true and it is 100% totally true within hours. I was premier one K with United, which I travel the most with they were very helpful because some of my security questions weren’t correct and they worked with me until I could figure out my answers, but everything happens so quickly and I can’t tell you I wish I had known about this even a year ago when I first started with United, I am telling all my friends who are on other airlines easily bump yourself up. It’s totally totally worth it. David was very helpful and I appreciate it again I will be signing up. I wish they had one that was a year. I would totally purchase it. Let the upgrades begin. Mahalo, David, and crew for your fast response Nicole BAILEY, Honolulu, Hawaii.
