I’m highly impressed with Barsala! Shameka is always hospitable, knowledgeable, attentive, and reliable when needing to schedule my stay. I am often unsure of where my job will send me, but I have come to feel like I am right at home when staying at Barsala in Midland TX. I will definitely return and refer others to this home away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for the few months I stayed here! They are brand new apartments in a great location! I felt safe the whole time I was here!

Emily, Nika and the team are always responsive, helpful and personable. They always make sure the whole experience is seamless and smooth. The rooms are clean and have little welcoming touches. This is my second time using Barsala. Many more to come.

Just wanted to give people a heads up who may be looking for short term housing. I'm a travel nurse and made the mistake of booking The Mod at Mills with Barsala. This used to be a hotel..basically still is it's just priced like an expensive apartment and common areas don't get cleaned like at an apartment. I haven't seen the hall carpets vacuumed once in 2 months. This place is absolutely gross. It is unsafe, someone kicked in the locked door, multiple packages stolen from outside my door (because they do not give you a mailbox), people sleeping on stairs, trash EVERYWHERE including used condoms. Upstairs toilet leaking into my bathroom. Roaches, trash bags leaking in the halls and on the stairs for days at a time. People yelling and partying all hours of the night. Just in the last 5 days the cops have been here twice on domestics. Barsala states they have no control as they share the building and can't help what other tenants do. Cutting my lease short because I am tired of paying over 2k for this horrible nasty scary place.

I stayed a week in your Charlotte property and I couldn’t be more happier than if I was at my own home! I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer inside the apartment with pods to wash my clothes. The property and apartment was so CLEAN. All the appliances worked to perfection.. I was able to cook homemade meals without spending much on takeout. The Food Lion grocery store was right up the street, customer service was just a text or phone call away. I LOVED MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!

If I could rate this place zero, stars, I would! I am a traveler nurse and found this place to be the most disgusting and disappointing place I’ve ever stay. This place violated my TENANT RIGHTS by entering my apartment without my consent while I was at work. My daughter called me frantic that the property manager Brittany Harris and another employee in which they refused to tell me who entered came into my home without my approval. I was livid and felt so violated that they did this and frightened my daughter. That morning prior to leaving for work I had left $126 on my kitchen counter for my phone bill which was mysteriously missing when I got home. A police report was filed and this is still being looked into but not by management. I demanded to file a complaint on Britany and the maintenance person who entered my home. When I requested to file a complaint to what happened instead of management being supportive and understanding they EVICTED ME. They only gave me 4 days to move myself and my family! They tried to keep my extension monies that was paid approx $2500 but I insisted it be returned. Don’t live here you will be sorry you did!

Completely unprofessional and ill-equipped to run a business, this company violated my tenants rights by cancelling a prepaid multi-month stay without explanation literally on the day I arrived to check in, citing a supposed background check flag they were unable and unwilling to provide any additional details on. They communicated this via text message only and were unwilling to speak with me on the phone about the matter other than to deflect responsibility. They said they would look into the matter and what had happened, then ghosted with no explanation. Don't give them your money, don't rely on them to provide you a place to stay.
