Ordered and payed £498 for a electric barrow conversion at the March show(the big one) was told 8 to 10 weeks spoke once to a rude person in May who explained their product was so good they were busy and was working on the January orders no apologies for the delay, two days later a generic Email adding 2 to 4 weeks then no more correspondence 15 weeks after order I involved my bank to recover the payment then an Email from BCUK cancelling the order which I requested two weeks prior.I have since purchased a similar conversion for £128 I just need to convert the barrow.

I ordered my electric wheel 17 weeks ago and have had one email to say they have had to add another 4 weeks on the 12 week waiting ,tried calling but the phone says it's going to be end of June before they answer.no reply to the last 4 emails I would suggest anyone to avoid until they get there act together

Dreadful customer service, they don’t respond to emails, now they don’t answer the phone other than having to drive to their office I can’t see how anyone can get an answer on any orders off them. I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. Absolute jokers!

Ordered back in November 2023 and have not received my item it’s now June. Many emails and Facebook chase ups but nothing. They have stopped responding now, they never answer the phone nor reply to voicemails. Disgraceful service.

After getting a brand new Frenzee HGV barrow delivered straight to them as requested by the company - and then me requesting how long the work would take - this is what I got back 😡

Hi Scott, We have not had a chance to look at this yet as we are incredibly busy. I think it may be best you arrange a collection from us of your barrow and organise elsewhere as we could do without the extra pressure we are being put under by yourself. Kindest regards, BCUK 🇬🇧

Hi thanks for your reply I appreciate you very are busy I’m in no rush for the conversion just want someone to tell me how roughly long it’s going to take, you guys asked me to send it directly to you from Angling Direct and you guys would let me know quite quickly how long it was going to take that’s all, which now no one can tell me, why couldn’t you guys tell me that you can’t look at it for a couple of weeks or so when I first spoke to you and now you are expecting me to get the thing picked up at my own cost without you even looking at it. Again I’m in no rush as I still have a barrow just a rough timescale please

Order 9 weeks overdue , so in total waited for 15 weeks for NO show 💩 arranged cancellation and refund ,
Ordered Fox 24 v ;from Angling4Less arrived in one day say no more , better deigned barrow but no throttle cover 😳😂😂😂😂😂

I also have put one star because I cannot put 0. I ordered the conversion kit on Jan 4th and was told a 10 to 12 wk waiting time . It is now June 8th some 22wks later and no sign of the kit being despatched. On May 7th , about 30days ago I spoke to a very rude employee on the phone who said I would be refunded my 594 pounds within 7 to 10 days. Once again he was lying

That post titled “FAKE REVIEWS” has clearly been written by the owner, or an employee. The tone in which that is written, is exactly the tone I experienced from the company.

There is always going to be a handful of satisfied customers, but the majority are left hugely disappointed and frustrated. I had endless false promises and my tone only changed when I was pushed to the limit of my frustration.

I have put one star because I cannot put 0. I placed my order on February 15 this year; we are now 15 weeks later. I have had to request a refund, I have sent multiple emails some of which were not responded to I also phoned the office. Finally, today, June 5th, I received a response saying my refund would be processed in 10 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Unrealistic/false lead times..waited months despite being told weeks. Numerous messages, emails and calls ignored..terrible company

I ordered a Barrow conversion back in December the 5th was told up to 10 weeks...
Waited that time... since then I messaged them on messenger for them to ignore them... I have emailed them for a lot of them being ignored wen I have add a response given false information... And to be called abusive and threatening All because I said I was going to get trading standards involved...tha went and cancelled the order after waiting 6 months... and been messed around for nilly a nither month for My money back and still haven't add my refund... Tha have broken there contract ... I have add legal advice ... And trading standards are looking into this... lucky I have been recording the phone calls and emails.. for the way tha treat there customers... Say well clear from them... Very bad experience with them

Rudest customer service
No common courtesy to inform their clients on actual delivery dates and what’s happening with the goods they have purchased.
Do not expect to receive your goods for months on end having no idea of when they will arrive and if you call to see when there are being delivered you will be lied to no matter how many times you call over months there will be a new lie.
They do not care whatsoever about your custom and how much you spend with them.

Waited 8 months when you email them if you have a problem with your barrow conversion you don't get a reply i won't use them again

Do your research before using this company, and if you still decide to use this company more fool you

Waited 7 months after being lied to continuously about it being ‘sent out already’ and when I finally received the barrow conversion, the wheel just spins and DOES NOT work. Called up to speak to someone and he was possibly the RUDEST man I’ve ever spoke to in my life. DO NOT buy from this company!

ordered at the end of october last year with christmas and 2 shows i was not surprised it took longer to come than expected i must admit i was frustrated but bcuk always got back to me via email to answer my enquires.
well the barrow finally arrived well packaged has you would expect it did not disappoint well made quality product im really chuffed with it and cant wait to use it.
i can see why people get frustrated but when you get the kit its quality bcuk are a victim of their own succes just be patent the wait is worth it .

Ordered rear wheels for my wheel barrow. Turned up within the 28 working day dispatch time, and look really good quality and well built. Having now used them, I’d recommend anyone else ordering to get the raised handles aswell, as you’re leaning down to push otherwise

the 6-8 week wait, (more like 5 months) is utter nonsense. You need to just be more honest to people on waiting times for anyone purchasing a barrow or conversion kit.

having the audacity to get annoyed at people who want to know where their barrow/conversion kits are cause they’ve spent over a grand and been left waiting for months upon end getting fobbed off with constant lies is outrageous.

The level of attitude towards customers from your customer service for buying “your” product is massively unacceptable. Needs to be sorted out!

Had the product a year now and have tested it throughly. Overall the product is good, it can struggle on some steep hills.

The issue is the owner/MD’s attitude to his customers and the excessive lead times. If you question him about delivery times, you get lied too, and if you question further he gets aggressive, has a zero tolerance of so called negativity and you get banned from e-mail and social media correspondence. His attitude towards his customers is disgusting. You will get a refund if you request one, but why take more and more orders when you can’t complete exsisting orders in the originally quoted time frame. When this company collapses a lot of people are going to loose a lot of money. Get a refund before it’s too late and get an alternative product from a reliable company.

Had the same experience as most have with this dreadful company. Lies, rude phone calls, emails not answered for weeks, refunds not sent when they should have etc. Luckily I didn't order a barrow from them, just luggage-they say they keep these in stock all the time and it's only barrows they have issues with-complete rubbish! Stay well away from this company.
