I deleted the review previously after they kept chasing me and asking to delete it, but I feel horrible whenever I discover issues with the property.

I bought the property at inflated price after they told me that there are offers already and I need to agree to whatever price the landlord was demanding.

It's been more than a year and I keep getting problems which have stressed me out. It was a bad deal and I was noob in this space, hence trusted whatever they were saying that it's a great price blah blah. Things started falling apart with just few months of usage and I have to keep fixing the stuff.

The property was renovated with extremely cheap material just to sale it and lot of information was hidden from me. Barrain advisors are good at taking sellers side as they get a big fortune out of it. But the buyer is stupid and they can get the review deleted even though the buyer suffers financial loss.

I am not deleting it now, please do not ping me.

I have used Ehab twice and he provides very quick response and really looks after his clients.
I have marketed my property through him and within days he found a tenant, arranged a bed and some items, while I was outside the country, he really went extra mile.

Great service from Barrain London. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend.

Please stay away from this company. They were nice until they collected their management fee on a short-let.
Following that, I had to chase them to follow up reports of neglect of my flat. Barrain did not communicate effectively with the tenants, did not meet deposit security obligations despite damages to the property highlighted in the inventory.
I had to chase them on every single occasion despite paying them a hefty management fee and in response they copied and pasted messages from the tenants, for their 'management fee'.

They are entirely unethical and incapable of delivering on their high standard service promise.

I raised the issues several times, wrote this review in December and took it down in good faith they will improve. However still owe me the portion of the deposit (in addition to denying to cover excessive energy usage costs occurred by the tenants) and they continue to ignore the inventory report and damage cost owed to me.

I am not convinced they undertook due diligence on the tenants either, as Barrain described them as one thing and they turned out to not be students.

Totally unacceptable, and still chasing them to do the job I paid them for. Please don't bother.

Ehab was very personable, honest and deeply knowledgeable of the area. Ehab by some miracle, had a buyer for our home within a week of meeting him.

The actual sale took longer and cost more than anticipated due to delays outside of Ehab's control. I think the initial communication informing us of a delay should have been more timely - however, this was a one-time lapse and following this Ehab waa very proactive in the management and progression of the sale.

On the whole, Ehab was knowledgeable of the London market, and we felt that we were receiving a realistic appraisal and rate, especially when compared to competitors in the area.

I first used Ehab when he worked for another agency - I was struggling to rent my property in the Docklands and Ehab found great tenants quickly and for a good rental in a bad market.

There was no other option but to use Barrain services when my tenants vacated the property 4 years later.

He is prompt, professional and super friendly.
