Shenelle and her team are fabulous. I've only used the Recipe Fix, and it's been a life-saver. Reworked current recipes, asked for new stuff--all to meet not only my goals, but also to address hubby's health concerns and restrictions, and give us some variety in our meals. Thumbs up from both of us. And it's not just for recipes. It's helped me look at transitioning to maintenance-determining calorie and macro goals, and addressing other dietary/health issues.

I completed the 4 month program back in Sept. It was truly eye opening for me. Shenelle and her fabulous team at The Rewrite broke things down and explained them in a way no one ever has. I’ve been obese my whole life. Lap Band, sleeve, and then a revision to bypass for GERD and a hernia, and yes I’d regained some weight too. The Rewrite not only helped me to understand why following the “rules” wasn’t working for me, and Whole Foods did truly change my relationship with food. I started this journey at over 300lbs, and after the program, learning how to cope, working through some trauma, and learning how to forgive myself I’m set to hit Onederland shortly after the New Year! The recipe fix is an amazing tool and has helped simplify my life so much when it comes to coming up with meal ideas and even making my grocery list for the week. I dont have to stress about what im cooking, and no more "what do you want for dinner" round about conversations that go nowhere. Plus it helps me break it down for my portion plus my husband's portion so im only cooking once, not twice! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!!!!

The Recipe Fix has been amazing. Not only can I get recipes, it can modify recipes, give suggestions… I have input things like, “Please give me twenty suggestions for oatmeal toppings,” and it does. It can sort things by calorie content, price, anything you want really. It’s extremely valuable especially for the price!
