My experience with Bari & Bari Agency has been nothing but a disgust. I have been deeply disappointed by their unacceptable level of service standards. Throughout my tenancy, communication was consistently poor and unprofessional. The only occasion where they showed any urgency or persistence was when rental payments were due.
Repeated communication regarding property issues, including but not limited to hazardous leakages and maintenance faults were completely ignored or met with unacceptable delays; that also after considerable amount of followup. At times I had to reach out to the landlady personally to resolve these matters. As a tenant living with a 10 year old child, it is appalling and irresponsible to demonstrate such lack of concern for basic living conditions. Essential maintenance should never be treated as an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, the agency is now attempting to deduct money from my deposit for a so-called final handover meeting that was never communicated via any official medium. No emails, no WhatsApp, no calls! This feels unjustly and highly questions the agency’s integrity in the business.
Overall, the experience has created unnecessary stress and made what should have been a straightforward tenancy, an unnecessary difficult experience. I would strongly advise any future tenants to ensure every conversation, agreement and arrangement with this agency is documented clearly and retained in writing at all times.
