Great customer service
Great customer service. However, the inspection of the car was not accurate as I had to drive with a door that was not closing properly. Leaving my stuff unsafe while the car was parked.

My experience with bargain car rental was amazing, it was very easy to book everything and very convenient because they had picked me up and dropped me at the airport. The car was in amazing condition very clean no problems at all . The staff were very friendly and nice. The Service was honestly 10/10

Great team but the car was unclean
The team at the counter were very helpful but the car was bit dirty, inside and outside and we were in a rush to get to our friend's place and it was a day trip. Would have been nice to have a cleaner car.

Forgot my Sax
Great service. I caught up with T.J and he's a very friendly driver.
When I returned the car 1 day early due to change of plans, I left my saxophone in the car.
Next morning I had to get to the depot at 7.30am and there was T.J waiting for me to pick up my sax.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. In particular the Melbourne airport branch. In my experience, they’re completely untrustworthy. I paid for a vehicle I never received and am still being denied a refund. The whole process has been frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I’d strongly recommend renting elsewhere.

Previous customers smoked inside the car and it stinks. Housekeeping not done to get rid of the smell before the next customer. Not good!
