The Bare Mum herbal infused postpartum…

The Bare Mum herbal infused postpartum pads are an absolute must. Truly, nothing compares and as an endorsed midwife I have seen and tried a lot.

Not all pads are created equal, and these are next level. The shape, the hold, the softness… every detail is so thoughtfully designed. They stay exactly where you need them, feel incredibly gentle, and are so easy to apply and remove.

Postpartum care can make such a difference, and I wouldn’t look anywhere else. These are in a league of their own.

Over 10 emails to receive a refund 2…

Over 10 emails to receive a refund 2 months prior. No contact phone number. Finally last week the refund arrived. Poor customer service.

As your refund needed to be processed to a different account, it required an additional manual step with our accounts team, but we acknowledge that our communication should have been more proactive while this was being resolved.

We’re glad the refund has now been processed and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify the final amount, including the express shipping fee selected at checkout.

Bare Mum the Ultimate Support

I have ordered a post birth kit from bare mum 3 times now. Firstly for myself and it was the best decision I made for my recovery, I had a natural birth and each part of my pack was an integral part of helping me through my recovery. Since then I have bought one for my friend and now most recently the C-section pack for my sister in-law. It was a no brainer for me to purchase for a third time. She expressed to me how much more feminine she felt now having these beautiful products to support her. They came extremely fast on regular delivery and arrived the same day she had removed her bandages. Once again I cannot say enough about this brand supporting mothers in a beautiful calming way.

Can’t contact this company

They don’t reply to multiple emails, they don’t have a contact phone number, live chat on their website doesn’t work. No way to contact this company. Disappointing

Edit: yes I contacted you on the 21st asking a question. You responded on the 22nd but didn’t really answer my question so I replied asking to confirm. I followed up on the 23rd, 27th and after posting a review on the 28th you replied with an hour (took 6 days to reply and the reply came within 1 hour of posting this review). You don’t have a live chat on your website (but your website says to use live chat to communicate or email. Email response took from 21st to 28th to get resolved. Didn’t end up purchasing the items because of lack of correspondence made me uncomfortable if I needed assistance

Postpartum briefs not suitable for pelvic support

Postpartum briefs were sent fast. The briefs feel silky soft, however the brand should not claim to relieve prolapse. The briefs have very little pelvic support and worse the briefs cause a downward pressure : exacerbating prolapse.
I emailed Customer service : there
was a delay answering my concerns, however I appreciate the apology and offer made by the Store owner after I wrote a review on Trustpilot.
I received a refund promptly and an offer of a smaller size brief.

Our Postpartum Briefs are designed to offer gentle, everyday support during recovery, but they are not intended to function as medical-grade pelvic support garments. That said, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and have since updated our communications to make this clearer for future customers.

As mentioned, we were sincerely sorry for the delay in responding to your initial enquiry, which was unfortunately missed during our transition to a new customer care platform.
