Tot nu toe zeer tevreden over de begeleiding van onder andere Safouan!
Als redelijk doorgewinterde vastgoedinvesteerder met meerdere vastgoedobjecten in Nederland en Spanje, stond vastgoed in de VAE eerlijk gezegd nooit echt op mijn radar. Toch heb ik begin dit jaar besloten om via Baraca niet één, maar zelfs twee aankopen in omgeving Dubai te doen.

Tot nu toe ben ik erg tevreden over het hele traject en de begeleiding vanuit Baraca. Wat voor mij vooral positief opvalt, is de snelle communicatie, de bereikbaarheid en het geduld waarmee vragen worden beantwoord. Je merkt dat ze begrijpen dat investeren in een buitenlandse markt spannend kan zijn en dat persoonlijke begeleiding daarin belangrijk is.

Ook tijdens het aankoopproces tot nu toe heb ik de samenwerking als prettig en professioneel ervaren. Er wordt snel geschakeld en ik heb het gevoel dat er echt wordt meegedacht.

Uiteraard ben ik ook benieuwd hoe het traject richting oplevering zal verlopen, omdat daar vaak veel praktische en administratieve zaken bij komen kijken. Maar op basis van mijn ervaring tot nu toe heb ik daar vertrouwen in.

Voor iedereen die overweegt om vastgoed in de VAE aan te kopen en behoefte heeft aan begeleiding en korte lijnen, is Baraca tot nu een aanrader!

Wij hebben een appartement gekocht van Sopha via baraca. We kregen heldere uitleg en een goede begeleiding van het personeel. Zo hebben wij Asos en Pernilla gesproken over het totale plan. Adriaan Heeft onze will (testament) opgestart en werd overgenomen (niet dat het niet oke was hoor)door Nadiah. We zijn tot nu toe erg tevreden over de begeleiding van Nadiah tijdens het DIFC Will traject. Ze is betrokken, reageert snel en denkt goed mee gedurende het proces. Als je vragen hebt, hoef je haar maar een berichtje te sturen en dan helpt ze je meteen verder of gaat ze het voor je uitzoeken. Je merkt echt dat ze om haar klanten geeft en dat de begeleiding persoonlijk aanvoelt. Ze hielp live met de aanvraag bij DIFC Will. Dat heeft ons veel vertrouwen en rust gegeven gedurende het hele proces. Verder kan ik nog niet oordelen over de eventuele oplevering en de verhuur. Dit is nog niet aan de van toepassing.
