I am so thankful for the experience I had with baobab store. I got my package on time and everything went smoothly, even the extra favor they did for me. I didn't have to pay any un necessary custom duty. And for that, I have found my store to buy African foods. Thank you baobab store.

Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Mon expérience d'achat s'est plutôt bien déroulé . En effet malgré un rupture de stock du produit commandé,j'ai obtenu un produit de remplacement satisfaisant . Merci au vendeur pour sa réactivité.

Was able to source product that I couldn't find reliably elsewhere. I purchased the products and received them quickly. Product is as described and ordered!

Hi, I made an order to be delivered to Spain but unfortunately it did not arrive. I had a problem with Spanish customs because they do not allow the entry of any food products from any country that is not from the European Union. They returned all the money to me. I would like to thank Gabriel for all the efforts he made and his kind treatment🤚🏻

I have had a wonderful experience prompt dispatch, before time delivery, excellent customer service Gabriel was very helpful and very thorough to ensure the correct delivery details were given.
I have my Chebe seed now and can do my thing

Will use them again!

Ik werdt op de hoogte gesteld over mijn pakket. Ik had het pakket gemist en kreeg meldingen via whatsapp.

First time customer & im so happy i contacted this store. The communication was awesome. I received my package in America in about 6 days total. Would have been sooner. After purchasing, the next day I received email and text from dhl stating they had my package & in route to me. Absolutely loved my experience. Happy I found them. They made my Valentine’s Day . My go to vendor.

Fast and reliable shipping delivery services
Excellent customer service

Baobab Mart might be the next big e-commerce giant springing out of West Africa. Browsing through the site was smooth and easy. I could search for specific items by category, like African food, spices, and beverages, seamlessly. What particularly caught my attention was the build quality. This is definitely a steal for my African food, fabrics, and unique accessory shopping.

The website Is amazing but what outstanding is the support team they are the best support team I ever encounter.

site facile a prendre en main et le service client répond immédiatement en cas de besoin
