Your representative by the name of Mathew was really pressurizing me to make a depot and was really aggressive in his engagement despite telling him that I need more time to make a decision. He really became very stroppy in his tone. There was an annoying urgency that I did not like and understand. This company is a total fraud
This company is a total fraud. I am reading the comments and all complaints are basically the same. Don't let the 60% 5 star rating fool you. It is easy manipulated by the company itself.
Money was invested and the support was there. The person that I worked with and that was giving advise, was changed regularly. There was no chance of building a relationship. The advise was given to buy a certain share for a large sum of money. I saw the market acting negatively and tried to contact my adviser to no avail. I was unsure what to do and waited for feedback. The market fell even further. Still I couldn't make contact with any of the advisers that used to advise me. I called the office but they never phoned back. Well, I lost all that money!! I trust this company as far as I can throw a feather. Be warned, there is much better and safer ways to invest your money.

After an awful experience with wide spreads, exorbitant swap fees and constant pressure, from what they call a "success manager", to deposit more funds and place more trades even when technically it doesn't make sense, which would've ultimately led to a financial loss, I decided to leave their platform. But they continue to nag me even when I've made it clear to them many many many times that I am no longer interested in their services, they don't care, they continue to harass me. I left the platform in October of the previous year mind you.
So, I'm going to say it again, leave me alone, I'm not interested in your services, leave me in peace and try others who are interested in losing money

Terrible experience.
You make a deposit. Then decided to take out a little bit of the deposit for trading but then end up losing the whole deposit which was not committed for that initial trading experience. Nothing worse than a scam for me.
