I wish to ascertain how to change from iBank to Banktivity so tried to start a chat. I was informed I was 1st in line and would have a wait time of 2 minutes, 14 minutes later still nothing plus the system would don't allow me to email my query - I gave up.

I can't say enough about the help I received from Nicole. I had somehow lost all my data from 2021 to current. She spent almost 3 hours with me and everything is perfect. I am now able to breath and send kudoos to her

Nicole was my contact person in the chat room and she was FANTASTIC!! I don't navigate computer "stuff" as easily as some and she was incredibly patient and simplified things so I could follow along very easily. She was very patient when I needed step by step guidance. Nicole spent a full afternoon and a a couple of hours the next morning with me so we could get things finished up but happy to report we got it done. She simplified my file access so it's now easy for me to find my updated files.
Nicole is an exemplary employee that Banktivity is lucky to have. This customer support I received was a 5+ in my opinion. Would highly recommend Banktivity as it is fairly simple to navigate for my basic banking & their phenomenal customer service in Chat.

Had a problem and went on chat line. The lady could not be more patient and knowledgable. She stayed with me for over an hour until she got me sorted. This chat line is certainly the best I have ever used and is a credit to the company. I would recommend this banking app not just for its superb help chatline but for the product itself.

Excellent customer service, no BS, they get right to the point without all the usual thank you's and sorry's. It took me 5 minutes on a chat with an expert to get myself back on track

Turned into subskription a while back. Way too expensive for international customers. You have to have must expensive subscription to have multiple currencies and we don’t have the ability to connect online with banks. Use excel or see finance or something else instead.

I’ve been using Banktivity for over 10 years for my bank, investment and credit card accounts in the US, UK and Israel. Banktivity helps me keep track of my finances and makes tax prep easier. Support has consistently been excellent and responsive.

I have used this software from ibank onwards intially and primarily because I was able to update my investment portfolio with ease. That later changed when their market data sources changed and no longer even after and upgrade to Silver was I able to get London Siock Exchange prices despite markeing info to the contrary

We've been using Banktivity since it was iBank and it has been an invaluable tool. We wanted something that would work well on a Mac and was simple to use. Like any software, it's had its issues, but they work on it, constantly releasing new versions and improving. The reporting is excellent. Some of the rules are a bit erratic and inconsistent. The support I've just received, however, has been exceptional and Nicole has stuck with me to a resolution (not user error this time!) Once they figured out what was going on, they fixed it!

I've been using Banktivity for years since I gave up Quicken. It's a well thought out and responsive app. Upgrades have been easy and it works well on all of my devices. Their support team is excellent whenever I've discovered a glitch. I can highly recommend.

I started with the original version of iBank (Banktivity) long ago. I've used pretty much every finance software there is, including betas and shareware! I've stuck with Banktivity for a bunch of reasons:

Support: It's great and they really know their stuff. I'm a software guy so I can be a big pain!

Features: It's smart, and there's nothing in your way.

Pretty: The interface and all the charts are clear and gorgeous. I don't want to look at gross cluttered stuff.

Customizable: There's lots of ways to approach different situations with loans and lines of credit and whatever. You can make it really gorgeous if you want, with the icons and stuff. The tags and categories give you a lot of flexibility.

Fast: The performance is fine. I mean the ability to enter data is fast, assuming my fingers are working up to speed.

Updates: The updates have been seamless.
