My View On Realistic Returns
The examples in this tutorial reflect an average investment interest rate return of 10 percent per year...First, over an 18 year period, then over a 47 year period...
It may be likely very difficult to duplicate that return percentage...The average annual stock market return over the last 50 years has been 6.8%...Some bonds pay a little more than that...Other bank products such as savings accounts, money market, CDs, often pay significantly less...

You take applicant info and broadcast it to the mortgage lenders who then HARASS tge applicant!
It is far better results when you send the list of potential lenders to the applicant!

Too Many Calls, Texts, and Emails — Borderline Harassment
I used this service hoping to compare a few mortgage options, but I quickly regretted it. Within minutes, I was bombarded with phone calls, emails, and text messages from multiple lenders — some of them calling over and over again, even after I told them I had already chosen a provider.
A few were downright aggressive and continued to contact me despite being asked to stop. What should have been a helpful tool turned into a frustrating and overwhelming experience. If you’re not prepared to deal with constant unsolicited contact, I’d recommend looking elsewhere or being extremely cautious about sharing your information.

Bankrate Sucks
Bankrate is a sleazy company that just ends with a bunch of spam calls. The rates they show are not really available from the companies they list even for people with excellent credit.
