Tolles Produkt. Alles hat gut geklappt

It‘s a beautiful design and good quality shirt but after one washing at 30 degree (as it says on the label) MANY lines and letters chipped off. It‘s so sad because I really liked it :(((

I placed an order well before Christmas and it never arrived. The tracking has shown the shipment as stalled for months — completely on the courier’s end — and Bankaii has done absolutely nothing to resolve it.

No reshipment. No refund. No store credit. Just a generic “we’ll look into it” email in January, and then radio silence.

Three months. A Christmas gift. Still missing. Still unresolved.

I’ve been a patient customer. I gave them time, I gave them options, I gave them chances. They gave me nothing back.

Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that actually delivers — literally

I bought a T-shirt as a Christmas present and it arrived with all the stamps falling off. The quality is one of the worst ever seen

Les articles sont conforme a la description et de tres bonne qualité, les tailles impeccables, et la livraison ainsi que le suivi au top et dans les temps.

Before purchasing, I had a few questions and the customer service responded very quickly, even during the weekend, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, after receiving the order I discovered an important issue with the hoodie. The bottom of the hoodie has a very tight elastic band around the hips. This measurement is not mentioned anywhere in the size chart or product description. Because of this, the hoodie feels much tighter at the bottom than expected. If you have hips, please be careful – the hoodies are clearly narrowed at the bottom, but this is not explained in the product information.
The printed image appears to be plastic. It may hold up well over time, but that remains to be seen.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the “sale” on the website seems to be permanent, which feels more like a marketing tactic than a real discount. In my opinion, the items are not worth the “original” price that is shown.
Also, returning items from the EU to Switzerland is very expensive. Customers have to pay for shipping and additional fees, which makes returns impractical. This system feels quite cleverly designed to discourage returns.
Overall, this experience was disappointing and I personally would not purchase from this store again.

My order was delivered very quickly, but unfortunately, there was a problem with it, and since then I haven't been able to get a refund or have my order returned to the depot, despite several attempts and messages telling me I would be contacted.

I ordered two shirts for my husband and myself. They were much too large (even though I had checked the size chart). The shipment came from Germany, and the return shipment has to go to Switzerland, which is very expensive. I wrote to customer service and asked if I could exchange the shirts for smaller sizes. I never received a reply. I wrote twice, wrote once on Instagram, and two comments in the feed were deleted without comment. Returning the items is not worth it because of the cost of shipping to Switzerland, and I am also afraid that the money will never be refunded. Shame on the company.

Finger weg! Ganz schlimmer shop! Pullover passt nicht und Rücksendung soll selbst gezahlt werden es gibt aber keine Rückmeldung wenn man das abwickeln kann. Über 2 Monate gab es keine Rückmeldung! Pfui der shop . Die grösen passen nicht zum Produkt 😡

Wie viele hier schreiben: Der Rückgabeprozess ist eine Katastrophe.

Es ist ja schon ein wenig lustig, dass die Shirts aus Deutschland verschickt werden, aber man sie auf eigene Kosten für teuer Geld in die Schweiz zurückschicken muss (versicherter Versand 20Euro).

Was mich aber wirklich auf die Palme bringt, ist dass ich zwar einen Refund bekommen habe, der aber nicht vollständig ist. Ich hatte 2 Shirts gekauft, die leider viel zu groß waren - auch für oversize. Ich hatte in einer Mail angekündigt, dass ich sie in kleiner nachkaufen würde, wenn der Retourenprozess reibungslos laufen würde. Die Shirts haben 39.95 € und 49.95 € (plus 4,90 € Versand) gekostet.
Zurückbekommen habe ich 62,24 € . Ein Grund wurde nicht angegeben, warum vom Refund 32,16 € abgezogen wurden. Auf Nachfrage wurde jetzt 2 Wochen auch nicht reagiert.

suite à un simple lavage à 30 les imprimés se sont altérés.
j'ai envoye de nombreux mails avec photos après 3 semaines toujours aucunes réponses!!!!

Leider wurde auf zwei Mails zur Retoure nicht geantwortet. Ich sitze jetzt auf einem Pullover der nicht passt. Sehr ärgerlich.. hätte ihn gerne getauscht

I was a bit skeptical before purchasing because there weren’t many reviews, but I’m really happy I ordered it. The fabric is excellent, the print is exactly like in the photos, and the size is accurate. I ordered a size M and it fits perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

I ordered a shirt at Bankaii after I found them on Instagram. The shirt was not to my liking and I wanted to return the shirt. Be warned: you will not get a reply form them. The mailaddress they give you isn't even valid! Had to contact them via Paypal to get in touch with them. The case is still open, hoping Paypal can resolve this conflict. My advice? Stay away from Bankaii at all cost!

À fuir, pour commander et recevoir la commande pas de problème mais pour faire un retour si le produit ne vas pas c’est un enfer. Service après vente en Suisse pour une boutique en Allemagne donc frais de douane car hors UE et pour 96€ de produit commandé seulement 66€ de remboursé. Et tout commentaire négatif publié sur Instagram aussi vite effacé

Peu d’informations disponibles sur ce site, peu d’avis, et certains avis négatifs semblent être supprimés par l’enseigne, manque de communication et d’interactions.
Malgré tout, les articles proposés me plaisaient beaucoup, j’ai donc décidé de passer commande, et je ne le regrette absolument pas.
Le t-shirt est superbe et semble de bonne qualité , je suis ravie de mon achat.
Attention toutefois à la taille : les coupes sont oversize, il est donc conseillé de prendre une, voire deux tailles en dessous si vous ne souhaitez pas ce style.
La livraison a été rapide et bien suivie.
Petit bémol néanmoins : lors de ma commande, j’étais éligible à un « free gift d’une valeur de 14,99€» que je n’ai malheureusement pas reçu. J’ai contacté le service client à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai jamais eu de retour..

Found them on Instagram. Liked the prints, placed an order but the order never arrived and NO ONE ever replied to me.

I have no idea how to contact them as there is no email or phone number and they won't return my emails.

Ich habe eine Retoure in die Schweiz zurückgeschickt und immer noch keine Reaktion auf meine Mails etc. bekommen. Das Geld ist immer noch nicht da. Das ist echt BETRUG!!!! Finger weg!!!

Der Pullover war im Angebot für ca. 70€, was für einen Mix aus Baumwolle (80%) und Polyester (20%) schon sehr übertrieben ist.
Man schwitzt stark dadrin, da er nicht atmungsaktiv ist, abgesehen davon kam er in einer anderen Farbe an als beworben.
Auf den Fotos war der weiße Pullover grau meliert, angekommen war er in einem einfachen weiß, wodurch er billiger aussah.
Der Versand erfolgt aus Deutschland, für eine Retour muss man jedoch den teuren Versand in die Schweiz übernehmen. Und da es einige Reviews gibt, in denen KäuferInnen diesen Versand dennoch übernommen haben und ihr Geld trotzdem nicht zurückbekamen, bestand ich auf eine Entschädigung durch (Teil-) Rückstattung oder den gleichen Pulli in einer anderen Farbe.
Ich hab den Verkäufer zweimal angeschrieben und keine Antwort bekommen. Nun hab ich ein Reklamationsverfahren über meine Bank eröffnen müssen.

Habe ein Produkt vor 2 Wochen reklamiert und zurückgeschickt, aber warte bis jetzt immer noch auf eine Antwort und das Geld…
