My girls look forward to this and get to learn about the world. They enjoy writing the letters and posting it under the settee.
The only reason I didn’t give it the full 5 stars is due to the rewards through points on the website. I can only get the majority of points from social media edits or sharing pictures. Unfortunately I don’t share photos of my girls online and no longer have social media, so it is a shame as so hard to tier up. Other than that it’s been great

The concept of Banjo Robinson is great. My 7 year old loves receiving the letters. She is a little young for writing back and reading but is enjoying trying to write and leaving the letter for cat post.

Such a great resource and so engaging for kids. We've loved reading all of his adventures

My daughter absolutely loves receiving Banjo's letters every few weeks. She is ao excited to have a personal letter through the door and loves adding the stickers to her map, writing back to Banjo with her news and trying out the recipe cards! Would highly recommend!

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves getting a letter from Banjo every few weeks. We read the letter as part of her bed time story, and we write a letter back together - she writes over the top of our writing so she can practice writing her alphabet and improve her fine motor skills. Plus, she loves finding where Banjo has been and adding the stickers to the map. A really wonderful way to get even young children engaged with reading, writing and geography.

I’ve bought Banjo journal to my 6 years old daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. She writes every day few words about her day and how she feels. There are also lots of interesting facts in there which she keeps looking at over and over again. She has just received her first letter from Banjo and she can’t wait for more to come. The world map is a fantastic idea and all products are great. Happy child, happy family X

We has lost my sons map and stickers used on this when decorating his bedroom, a few message later and all resolved, with new map and stickers sent out..we love the product and it engages both my six and four year old. Service was quick and with warmth

My grandson absolutely loves getting his letters from Banjo and can't wait to find where he is on the map. He particularly enjoys the facts, matching the flags and talking about what he has learned. As an adult, I love being creative with the personalisation and linking the letters to his interests. It is a fantastic idea!

Subscribing to Banjo’s letters is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my child. Each parcel is meticulously crafted, and the customer service could win international awards, in my opinion. If not for my child’s natural loss of interest due to her age, I’d have kept this going forever.

When I first saw this advertised I wasn't sure if it was suited to my granddaughter. I shouldn't have been concerned its hit the spot and she just loves getting the letters and finding where he is on her map. She talks about Banjo all the time and is learning all sorts of things. Excellent customer service always helpful and quick to reply

Over the top service! Always prompt and insightful. If you have a problem they with walk you through it and do their best to resolve it.

Excellent product... This is so much more than just a letter writing subscription service. The fortnightly packs come with personalised letters, letter templates, recipes, stickers and a dose of magic, akin to the magic of the tooth fairy and Santa! Banjo has become part of the family. You can also earn extra treats for free by joining their travel club (free!) which is so lovely too. It's an amazing product and we highly recommend Banjo Robinson!

The letters are designed with bright colours and attachments. My son did really like the map that came with the first letter. I signed up to try and encourage my child to read more and tried to get him to read a small section (with the promise that I'd read the rest of the letter) but he found the letters too wordy, long and challenging. My real issue with the subscription was that it took me a while to work out how to cancel it. I get that the company doesn't want to lose money/customers so will want to discourage people from cancelling. However, a product should sell itself and if it doesn't it should be much clearer how to cancel it. My second issue is that they actually promised two free letters with the promo code i used before they started charging me but they only sent me one free letter and charged straight away for the second.

Got this to help with her english writinh and shes coming alonv lovely. Even when poorly she wants to do it
