Prompt response
Prompt response! Sage did finally end up assisting our guy but they were less than urgent over the matter. That was hard to take considering our software was out of commission for 2+ days.

Created a new report that used to take 15 minutes to spool-it is now almost instantaneous. and can be viewed by location! Time saving at its best!

Chris was Outstanding!
Chris was knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to get my user up and running in 20 minutes. At the same time, I now know what needs to be done in order to ensure that the database engine, which had failed to install, installed and working. Chris was awesome!
