Stephan was on top notch
Stephan was on time, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and always very professional. I love working with Bangert because they hire the elite people in their field. They are always kind and willing to help and go the extra mile. This is a very busy and stressful time of year for me, and Stephan (and Bangert) takes the stress off of me so I can focus on all the other year end tasks I need to accomplish.

Great Support
Bangert did a great job in helping us migrating our systems. When it came to migrate they were on time, friendly and informative. They did a great job at looking at the whole picture of our systems and took the time to understand what we needed to do. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth and was completed.

We needed this last update sooner than later and on a certain date. We were accommodated and we accomplished the update on that date within the timeframe. Kevin is WONDERFUL
Kevin is so knowledgeable. He thinks outside of the box if the system can't do what we need and he thinks of a solution. He is truly amazing and he is fast. I can't believe how quickly he can create a report and he is a joy to work with.

We have been with Bangert for 20+ years…
We have been with Bangert for 20+ years when we started with Timberline. They have always been there for us in support when we could not get an answer from Sage. From upgrading servers, moving from one to another server to custom work, they are incredible.
Now that we are retiring and have closed the doors to our excavating business, we will miss the true partnership we had with all of the Bangert staff!

Above and Beyond...
Not only did Sarah provide a resolution, but she provided guidance and further explanation as well. There was also one item where she realized additional follow through was necessary on her part which she addressed quickly and let me know when it was completed.
