Charged me double. Returned product. Only received 50% refund after 4 months. Crooks!

I was overcharged and tried to cancel, but they said it was already shipped. Then they contact me to update my address in the United States, but I live in Canada!

I never received any order that I didn't make in the first place, don't know how they were able to take money out of my account. They are fraudsters, scammers. and thieves. Steer Clear. Horrible and cursed people.

Like so many others I unwittingly fell victim to this companies illegal practices.
I visited their site via an email. I clicked on a couple of items to see if they were worth buying. The next thing I knew I had ordered 8 foot pads and 4 teas. I did not sign into any account. There was no basket to view to confirm or delete the order; and I certainly did not authorize a payment of £111 from my credit card.
They had kept my card details without my permission from a previous order 3 years ago. They then pretended the items had been dispatched within minutes of the order being placed so that I couldn't cancel the order.
They promptly send generic replies to emails, but are stubborn, completely inflexible and unapologetic.
Upon receipt of the goods I didn't order I returned them back to the USA at a cost of £35. They stipulate expensive tracked postage, but refuse to refund the cost. I did eventually get my money back for the goods, but it was a scam I could well have done without.
This company are crooks. They charge you and send you goods you didn't order in the hope you are put off by the return postage costs. And of course they illegally use your credit card.
Please do not use this company or even go on their website.
Hopefully they will go bust or get shut down.

Not only are their products a complete fraud, not doing anything claimed for them but on making a payment to them they set up a direct debit mandate which you cannot unilaterally cancel only block

I have tried repeatedly to get them to cancel the mandate but they just say they know nothing about it

This isn’t a business but a front for fraud

I am being forced to consider legal action

I had ordered tea and clicked on proceed thinking I was getting tea to have £15.95 come off my account for the full price with the description being Get Bandoo Patches. I don't want this as it's not what i ordered. Please can this be refunded asap.

You guys are crazy Bandoo was amazing!! I live in Canada the foot detox pads came 3 days early !!! Everything was awesome from the moment they left me my Gmail message to now ! The price everything was unbelievable!! I'm definitely a loyal customer so excited to start my pads tonight thanks Bandoo!! You really made my day!! All you guys complaining they must not like you lol

I ordered some teabags and like previous customers tried to cancel so far I have sent 8 emails with not one response to cancel my order now miraculously I have a shipping number so no refund as per there t&cs even though emails were all sent previously to this. Do not use this company I wish I had read reviews 1st.

Further to my review on the 7th Dec 2025. Due to my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman about PayPal and MB Versus Media. PayPal have gifted me £50 due to the inconvenience and stress caused by them to myself.
PayPal explained that following my initial authorised payment of £11-99p to MB Versus I had somehow agreed further automatic payments. MB Versus then took advantage of this and took a further £53-44p for more unwanted goods.
PayPal advised me to go into my settings/ payments page and cancel my automatic payments to MB Versus which have done.
I think there is a serious loophole in PayPal allowing this to happen and have asked The Financial Ombudsman to investigate. I would encourage others to do the same.

Ordered teabags yesterday and like all the other people before me, I tried to get a refund as it asked me to click on “CONFIRM ORDER” which added additional teabags and the price went up by an additional £35. Just had an email, and apparently order has already been despatched, so no refund.
Please please please, do not order from this company, I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews. Lesson learned I guess 😔

Exactly the same problem as other reviewers. Ordered one nail pen for £8.99, ended up with two orders for almost £100 of pens and a recurring payment set up via their website. Tried to cancel both orders and was told too late as the order was processed. Raised dispute via PayPal. They agreed with seller that the orders were valid and found in the sellers favour. After seven weeks and the items not being delivered, I changed the reason for the dispute to none delivery. PayPal said they had evidence of delivery from the seller and again found in their favour. Luckily, I kept screenshots of all tracking and provided conclusive evidence I had never had the items. When I also sent the screenshots to Orivelle/ Bandoo they admitted the items weren't delivered and offered to resend them! I wouldnt touch this company with a bargepole. PayPal eventually refunded me but only after weeks of online chats with agents and finally phoning them where a human actually reviewed all the messages and evidence I had sent them and upheld my dispute as the seller provided invalid evidence. They use emails from Orivelle, Bandoo and appear as MB Versus Media on paypal. Despite the outcome a stressful experience and not one I ever want to repeat.

1 star isn't even appropriate....I like most of the commentors had issues from the moment of ordering the nail fungus remover pens.... I indicated that I wanted to order 6 for £53.94, a popup on their website said they had an offer of 6 for £41.94 so I clicked for that one and paid via PayPal, I then got a confirmation invoice Email from seller for 6 pens at £53.94 + another 6 at £53.94 + 6 at £41.94, I immediately sent an email to the contact they had on their website noting the discrepancy and telling them I wanted the 2 charges at £53.94 refunded, they replied nearly 24 hours later saying they couldn't refund as they had already dispatched items to me. I again emailed them twice but had no reply at all in 7 days, so I escalated the issue to PayPal as not being delivered, a week later they were delivered and they notified PayPal of their delivery details, PayPal then closed my claim in the sellers favour, I decided to try using one of the 6 I bought and in fact used 4 of them over the next 2 weeks. it didn't make any improvement at all to my nail fungus, by this time I was convince it all was a scam so I researched Trustpilot (which I should have done first) good lesson learned...I now have escalated a new not as described claim via PayPal who have been very helpful and will now progress a refund to me. I hope this all stops it happening again to other people who might be decepted by adverts.

I also have been overcharged by this company and have had no reply to any of my emails. I was charged £126.70 for six bags of tea. I just wish I had seen these reviews before I had placed my order, I will do much more research before ordering. Also the tea has had no affect on my weight. What a total waste of money.

Tracking said my parcel was delivered when I was on holiday Where is it? And where was it left? I ve been told yodel delivered it but the tracking numbers bandoo gave me don t belong to yodel or post office.I ve even emailed China!!!
I m going round in circles ! I keep sending email after email but they keep fobbing me off What can I do? Who can I complain to?

This company is a total fraud a modern day highway robber do not buy anything from them thay are crooks and their product is rubbish you might as well stick teabags on the bottom of your feet

Getbandoo T has charged me £35. I have not recently recieved any product from them but I may have fallen into the trap of being in a subscription. I bought their foot product months ago but never really bothered to use it, so I cannot comment on their food pads. However once they get your details they cheekly withdraw money from you. BEWARE

I placed an order through their website and chose to pay with paypal. It took me to the paypal page to authorise the initial payment of £18.30 but no where it said or prompted either by paypal or seller that I am setting up an automatic payments. I only ordered 1 pack and within seconds they had processed order for 4 more products costing me more £38.75 and payment was deducted from paypal. I realised that cheekily automatic payment was setup so I cancelled. I feel its unfair trade practice to approve orders which is not placed. I can understand if the automatic payment are setup from periodically but for them to place another order straight away within seconds after I placed my first order is unfair. Also I informed them within minutes to cancel the order only for them to respond that order has been shipped which took 10 days to arrive which made me think they are not truthful here. I then went and checked their reviews and this is a recurring theme of this company, I am not the first customer that they have done this to. Now they want me to return products to US with tracking number them very well knowing this will cost more than the products cost. I belive its unfair for me to pay postage to return when the orders is accepted unfairly. Company has tried to give me refund of £18 which i rejected and I requested £30 back even though I was losing 8.75. Please see the conversation above in email transcript. I was ripped off!! They took an extra £21:90 from my account without authorisation

This so called merchant called BANDOO are crooks, i have never ever used this company or heard of them but they managed to get my details from some were
and scammed me out of £70+ pounds, i only found out when i checked my credit card to find out it was a
recurring payment. Bank involved to try and get it sorted, please do not touch this so called firm with a barge pole CROOKS/SCAM/AND CON MERCHANTS
